You have surely to improve your customer service. As they inserted an incorrect address I had to face urgently with the carrier and as your customer service insisted on sticking to its position, even though the courier had sent screenshots confirming that the address had been partially entered; I had to drive more than 20 km to go directly to the shipping company to pick up the package.
