looks like a display item. regardless of the quality of the Patagonia product (which I know very well) the item appears to have arrived in non-original packaging from the manufacturer, as I bought the same jacket in the past and it lacks labels explaining the quality and model of the jacket typical of Patagonia. Furthermore, it arrived with many creases and took several days to return to its shape. The spare buttons are missing. I would really appreciate an honest response from you. Greetings

Ordered something in November. Returned it on december 9th with tracking number (so I know it arrived). No confirmation email from them saying they received. I wrote them several emails (more than 5), I called them several times (at different times on different days). Finally I spoke with someone who seemed to realized their refund didn´t come through, he said had to check with financial dpt. He said he will contact me in 10 minutes, here I am waiting 5 hours later. 132€ was the value of my order.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. We have shipped the order immediately on Monday as you created the order on Saturday, which was 2 days before. We do not operate on weekends. Sadly, a technical or other issues can happen on the way. We have contacted the delivery service and are currently investigating this package. We are not aware of what happens once the package is handed over to the delivery service. We have shipped the order as promised, so there was no mistake on our side. Also, from what we can see from the tracking information, the package was delivered to the recipient. We will stay in touch for further support. If the package was not delivered/stolen, we will have to start a claim with the delivery company. We will be very glad if you reconsidered your review. Hello, we apologize for the complications with your order. You were thoroughly informed via email once we received updates from the delivery service. They informed us that they could not deliver the order to your location, unfortunately this was out of our hands. :( We wish we could have done more for you. Hi, thank you for the feedback. We have refunded you the full amount for the order. Please note that refunds can take a few days to be processed. As we already explained to you via email, this is a very unusual situation and we apologize for the complications caused. Unfortunately someone else ordered the last piece in stock few seconds before you - causing the system to not load in time properly. We will do our best to be better next time. Never received my item

I have no idea what to share because I never received the item. I don’t know if it’s the freshlabel’s fault or GLS (the logistics partner’s fault) - GLS said it’s delivered while I was not home, yet by the time I arrived home, asked the neighbors that were at home and NO ONE had held the package on my behalf; no mail laying on the stairs, mailroom or in front of my door; checked my mailbox, no noted left behind by GLS indicating which neighbor this package was delivered to - it’s gone - just like that, I paid for €116 ish for nothing, reported this to Freshlabels last Wednesday but not yet receiving any updates on this. So tell me about it what to review because I don’t know .. Also be sure you know what you ordered because the return label is EXPENSIVE

Hello, thank you for the review. You have been refunded the full amount for your lost order about 2 weeks ago. We have tried to help you as fast as we possibly could. Unfortunately since we are not aware of any external movements once we hand over packages to the delivery service, it can be a bit complicated to figure the situation out. We did our best to be contact with the delivery company and tried to give you a fast response (once we had some update from them). We would wish to help you right away, but we had to know the next steps as the package was lost by the delivery company, not us. Once we had the confirmation, we immediately refunded you the full amount. Hopefully everything is okay now and you understand. :) Linda / FL

Still have not received my order from Freshlabels

Still have not received my order from 10 days ago while it says deliverd in 3-5 days. I might have to use the trusted shops insurance…

Hi, thank you for the review. The order was created on the 27th (afternoon) and therefore shipped the next day, the 28th (as we promise on our website). Due to Easter holidays, the delivery service probably could not deliver the package as usual + there was a weekend right after the holiday. We see that the package was delivered safely. There was nothing done wrong on our side so hopefully you understand. Thank you for considering making up your mind about this review and we wish you a lovely day. :) Linda / FL

Hello Caroline, the order was created on the 18th and was shipped to you on the 19th. This means that everything went exactly as it should from our side. We have checked the tracking information and the package was delivered to you successfully. Hopefully you can understand that the mistake was on the side of the delivery service. Hello Laura, our apologies for replying so late. We have been in contact for a long time together and always tried to give as much support as we could with this situation. The situation was very complicated but we tried to explain everything thoroughly, we always proceed by our rules.
