Very simple. Filling in simple initial request form Travel Local put us in touch with a very responsive, trustworthy, reliable and reputable travel agent in Morocco, Atlas Outdoor. It meant we had a wonderful trouble free holiday with no problems - language, money, comfort, safety so would highly recommend TravelLocal if heading to a destination where you have no previous experience. Also works with a strong ethic of sustainable travel, supporting the local community and culture.

In a friendly way, I got the itinerary as I requested. He was diligent throughout the trip, without errors and without delays. Thank you for all the guides without exception for their competence, their availability, and for their patience. I have nothing to suggest to you so that you can do even better, it’s excellent! I can just say that it is very important to make sure that the places to visit are certainly open and free to access. The Um Kalthum mausoleum was closed!

We had a fantastic self drive holiday arranged through TravelLocal in Costa Rica for 22 days which included 8 hotels, many guided tours and 10 days car hire. We had a great experience with all aspects of the tour presented first class. My only issue was the hotel room in Petra that I felt was too small for two adults. List as a 4 star it was not of 4 star quality.

Lots of moving parts on trip through Colonial Mexico (many sites, active itinerary, internal flights and a fair amount of driving), all of which were well organized and executed. On a trip like this, you encounter unanticipated issues, all of which were handled responsively and efficiently by Ivana, who we would highly recommend. Descriptions of tours could be improved, so the traveler can be better prepared (like, knowing there would be hiking and swimming on certain tours).

This tour were fantastic. both historically, of it's kindness and Beauty. The hotels were in a very good standard and Dennis, the driver was extremely helpfull and trustworthy. I found the visit in the village very learning and the inhabitants welcomed me. Also all the guides planned for the tour had a good background to be informative, and a very good spoken English.

Our first guide, Armar Singh and his driver were outstanding, the best hotel was the Taj Ganges in Vanarasi. The only minor problem was not knowing in advance how to get from Delhi airport to the Holiday Inn and then back to the airport: but it was of course all organised.

Personalized service, driver, local guides, services, and meals exceeded expectations. The itinerary accurately reflected our interests and goals, emphasizing nature and outdoor experiences. We highly recommend TravelLocal.
