We loved having our personal planner Kasia, the quality of guides and drivers that knew the roads and were great to interact with. The hotel locations were great and the staff were helpful and personable. The history of Poland was incredible. Personal interaction with say a family, a business owner, a student, to get a gel for life in Poland would be awesome!!

One of the very best holidays we have had! The people we worked with to plan the trip were professional, personable, patient and timely in their communications with us. Our itinerary was exactly what we wanted and all arrangements played out as planned. Our accommodations were fabulous. The drivers and guides were excellent throughout the trip.

I really liked the casa owners- they made sure we had no problems. All of the guides were excellent - well informed and helpful. We had one tour ( out of many) that was less than satisfactory and the company assured us they would not use them again. Overall wonderful trip!

Travel Local is a great agency! They made booking a breeze and truly listened to our needs, while providing recommendations. We had a "situation" along the way and they were there to fix it and even provided compensation. Overall fantastic service and experience.

I really liked the constant communication between our travel guide and us being in a new place it made it incredibly comforting to know that we had somebody to contact if there ever was a problem that being said I wouldn't change a thing our trip was incredible

When it comes to tour guides Yassir and Tarik made such a deep impression on my family. We lives the community of people that surrounded us with knowledge and wisdom. This was a special journey and I am forever thankful to all who made our pilgrimage a success.

Excellent driver and guide, state of the art transportation. Arrange with local authorities pick up at terminal exit in Casablanca. Gate 1 is too far and taxi drivers are not willing to transport people there. We lost an hour trying to reach our bus.

The agent and agency listened carefully to what we wanted in a travel adventure. The agent presented different options from which we could select. She followed up with us continually as we moved through out journey.

I liked the customer service and how easy it was to navigate the platform and how attentive the folks working for it were. They do listen and try to make it work your needs and budget.

The tour operator recommended Federico Abril was excellent. Prepared a tour that was only for us. extremely helpful throughout. We are very happy to have had Federico on ur side.

Everything was excellent. We re-worked potential itineraries a few times but got it just how we wanted. Our local guides in Bangkok (Lid) and Chiang Mai (JR) were awesome.
