The experience during our vacation to Egypt was a once in a life time dream come true. However our experience with the lust of tipping people that assisted us was outrageous. We understand that some countries rely on tourism to help their people. That doesn’t mean that we are obligated to pay your staff their salaries by mandatory tips. We understand the cost of living in other countries, but that doesn’t mean that tourists are obliged to tip according to your standards.

I liked the local partnership for our Peru trip; Awari. Very good experience when in Peru. Communication, promptness , problem solving and delivery of services.

We knew where we wanted to go and had an idea of the sites we wanted to see. Using this service made it easy to fill out a complete itinerary that was full of fun and interesting things to do. The guides were excellent. Tracy met us at the airport in Beijing and took care of every detail. She worked with us to modify our agenda when needed and helped us every step of the process. She was concerned about us all the way through the handoff to the next guide in Xi’An. Justin met us at the Xi’An train station and showed us very interesting sites. We were amazed at the knowledge of our guides and their ability to get us to the best spots with ease. They made our trip fun, educational, and easy. We had no worries and felt like we were being hosted by friends. I would recommend asking for Tracy in Beijing and Justin in Xi’An if you get the opportunity. You won’t be disappointed - in fact you will be surprised every day!

Easy customisation of tour and quick response to enquiries to assist out details. Local agent Ly very helpful in sorting out issues. Tour was well organised with decent hotels, except in Hanoi. tour covered a lot of Vietnam hot spots. Better quality control on use of local agents and numbers they put together when running local tours would ensure more consistent experience .

Seamless travel in a crowded/busy country. Drivers and guides were professional ad fun.

The service is superb, the itinerary was tailor made to meet my need, non-mainstream tourist attraction spots were suggested and visited. The guide was carefully picked and assigned who was very knowledgeable in response to my specification. As there will be cultural differences, it will be perfect if a briefing session beforehand is arranged to pre-empt the expectation.
