Amazing service. Everything was made super easy and streamline in the holiday. The itinerary they put together was perfect. Lots of things we wouldn’t have done on our own. Having a WhatsApp chat with 2 reps on holiday to answer last minute questions or confirm pickup times is an added bonus to keep it stress free. Can’t fault the service and will be using again. Perfect holiday (lucky with weather also helps). Would highly recommended using this service, especially for holidays in Vietnam or close by.

Having someone waiting for you at the airport was a good thing, I felt confident that I would get around. The cruise was unforgettable-everyone was amazing. I didn’t want to leave!

Trip of a lifetime, we visited Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with our guide Shantanu and Fahim our driver over 11 days in November 2023. Excellent arrangements, wonderful hotels - I really recommend this Company.

we loved all the 5 star hotels except 1 as it was more a family style with no fine dinning options and children running around. Namely the Taj convention centre in Agra.

Elena did a fabulous job planning our two week trip to Greece. The itinerary included a combination of major historical sites like the Parthenon, Olympia and Delphi along with fun cultural activities like visiting a honey farm, wine and olive oil tasting and trips to the beach. I loved the hotels in each location. They were in great locations and included breakfast. But what made this trip exceptional were the people who provided their professional services included our driver, Michael, and the tour guides at the archaelogical sites. They were so knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel welcome!

5 of us just returned from a 20 day trip to Portugal the first 13 we’re organized by Travel Local and Off Beat Portugal. AMAZING!! The only way to travel, everything was on time the drivers/ guides could not have been friendlier more knowledgeable and kind. This is the way to see a country in our case Portugal. There was nothing lacking and everything went off like clock work. The guides would even adapt to fit our needs on the particular day as 95% of the time it was just the 5 of us in our group tour of the day. I believe we saw everything and missed nothing. Our feedback and input was sought always. If doing a trip this site should be your first stop if inquirey.

We like that Memphis Tours-Travel Local works provides all the information necessary and does the booking of hotels and flights while in Egypt. Then one is met with a Tour Leader at the airport, and that person is ones contact person throughout ones stay in Egypt. Then one has a guide and driver that work as a team for the northern portion of the trip. Once on the cruise portion of the trip one is assigned another guide and a small group of around 10-15 people that tour together. This allows for connections and continuity of the story-telling by the guides.

As an umbrella company Travel Local provides the level of security and confidence that we are dealing with a reputable, responsible local tour company (not unknown and/or unproven or worse fake entity)Organizing the trip with Abril from Tangol was a very nice experience (someone that listens and caters to our interests and physical abilities). The trip execution by hired suppliers (transfers, hotels, entry tickets, domestic flights, excursions) was close to perfection.

The service is superb, the itinerary was tailor made to meet my need, non-mainstream tourist attraction spots were suggested and visited. The guide was carefully picked and assigned who was very knowledgeable in response to my specification. As there will be cultural differences, it will be perfect if a briefing session beforehand is arranged to pre-empt the expectation.

The tour operator recommended Federico Abril was excellent. Prepared a tour that was only for us. extremely helpful throughout. We are very happy to have had Federico on ur side.
