I can just say that it is very important to make sure that the places to visit are certainly open and free to access. The Um Kalthum mausoleum was closed!

It actually is an excellent way to experience Cuba. The staff were very helpful before, during and after our stay in Cuba and everything was organised well. No hiccups even when we got waves of crabs and Police blocking off the roads. The trip went so smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. My wife loved it too. FYI, they also know the best people to change your money whilst in Cuba. I would always recommend this company when it comes to visiting Cuba.

Lily put together an initial itinerary then worked with me to customize based on dates, time and weather. As a first time traveler to Cambodia I appreciated the guidance and flexibility. While on the trip, there were a few issues with transport or tours asking me to pay for services that were prepaid by Lily’s company. A quick text to her and the issues were cleared up quickly. Her team was available throughout the trip for any matter from start to finish.

We had a fantastic self drive holiday arranged through TravelLocal in Costa Rica for 22 days which included 8 hotels, many guided tours and 10 days car hire. The travel app kept us informed all the way and its was great to have the freedom of a personal holiday with all the support you would get from a Group tour when you needed it. Joana, the agent who arranged my trip gave me a personal call to ask my preferences, interests, reasons, and budget for visiting Madeira. From there she planned everything to the t, and I felt totally ‘taken care’ of. Throughout my stay, she and her team kept in touch every step of the way, including some last minute changes (weather, tour availability, and my hangover 😵). I cannot recommend them more.

Trip of a lifetime, we visited Delhi, Agra and Jaipur with our guide Shantanu and Fahim our driver over 11 days in November 2023. Excellent arrangements, wonderful hotels - I really recommend this Company.

Having someone waiting for you at the airport was a good thing, I felt confident that I would get around. The cruise was unforgettable-everyone was amazing. I didn’t want to leave!

We particularly liked the unique experiences and accommodations that were planned for us. Our tastes and needs were expertly taken into account in the planning of our trip. The only recommendation that we would like to express is that the small guided tours should end at the same hotel where we stayed. It was inconvenient to have find transportation at the end of a long tour back to our hotel.

Amira arranged for us the best tour guides and Leader. Maha was superior as well as Muhammad. Muhammed could easily be a professor at a university teaching the Egyptian history, We had 2 others but they weren't as remarkable as Maha and Muhammed. One tour guide fell asleep on the bus from Abu Simbel and we missed our restroom break and had to use the rest room at the police check point. uck

Tour was well organised with decent hotels, except in Hanoi. tour covered a lot of Vietnam hot spots. Better quality control on use of local agents and numbers they put together when running local tours would ensure more consistent experience .

This tour were fantastic. both historically, of it's kindness and Beauty. The hotels were in a very good standard and Dennis, the driver was extremely helpfull and trustworthy. I found the visit in the village very learning and the inhabitants welcomed me. Also all the guides planned for the tour had a good background to be informative, and a very good spoken English.

The thorough itinerary was great. Accommodations, tours, etc were all great quality! Thoughtful planning and responsive to requests & needs. If you have the opportunity to splurge on your vacation, or you just don’t have the time to plan, this was a great option! We spent more than planned, which in the end was fine. I understand the quality requirements they have.

I have seldom used an agency to book a trip, but this time because there were MANY transfers from one place to another and I had so many questions about the best way to do the trip I decided to ask for professional help. It was very useful and helped me get the most of my time in Brazil. All the transfers were on time, and the hotels were really great

The trip was well organized, smooth, in line with our expectations. We liked our guide and driver. They were both carrying, attentive and assisted with our questions all the way. No language barrier. We also liked our guides in Rabat and Fess. Food stops could be better, particularly between in a way out from Merzuga. Some were great, some were miss.
