Englishman living in England First time buying from Cooking Life. To purchase this produce in England would have cost £99.99. Getting it from Cooking-life cost £65.00. Communications from Cooking-life was very good from the start. Order received; order processed order dispatched. Then nervous couple of day till it was in the tracking system. Fedex across the borders great tracking system. Then arrived in England. Hermes. Was not delivered when stated, said no one was in to receive it, no idea where they tried to deliver it to. Due to Easter had to wait a few more days, when the regular courier turns up, she said there was a temp driver on, lots of complaints. Conclusion Great service from shop and transport, hopefully your have the right courier for the final leg.

The product is still packaged but looks fine and was packaged well. I was well informed at all times but my address was messed up. I contacted the company who did indeed amend my address but not in time for the courier company’s delivery. On the morning of my delivery I saw another different address which I presume the courier company guessed from the botched original one. Delivery was sent on time but to this new address. Luckily I was able to hot foot it the the said house and got my parcel ( they had opened it but all was ok) due to the fact there was a picture and location map of the delivery. So well done the delivery company for that. It was a little stressful hence the three stars. Plus if the parcel had been taken in and the products thought desirable I might not have seen it given back to me.

Package arrived today with 2 items smashed beyond use and 2 with damage to packing (boxes) rendering them unusable as gifts. Very disappointing as I have used Cookinglife before and items always arrived in good condition.

They don’t have the product I bought. They contact me saying that maybe they will have it in few weeks but time pass and I didn’t hear from them. I had to contact them again, they definitely don’t have my product choice and suggested to change for an other model. I’m really disappointed with the company and they communication, they sell a product they don’t have and let me waiting for nearly a month and now the first option they offer is not a refund. I want my money back and I will never buy in this shop again.

Worst customer service ever!! I'm just being ignored! I sent several emails regarding my order and I never got an answer except for once that fotos were missing. After attaching them again, again no reply. Now the time for a return is over and I'm stuck with possibly faulty products. I used to be content with the products but now I will never order from them again!!

This is a good concept badly designed. The blade is far too narrow (1 mm) and therefore the blade holder crushed the slice as it's made. If you want a nice slice this is not for you. If you want flakes of cheese it might suit you.

Worst customer service i have ever seen, no lea way at all bought dinner service cost €180 and about a quarter is broken and no come back with the company 😢 very disappointed

Very carefully packed ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Products perfect ! Only consideration is expected delivery would be quicker but was within 10 days. Very satisfied overall- Have placed another order since. Recommended 👍 NB: I did not have to contact Customer Service

My items arrived in damaged packaging. The items, marble cutting boards, are excellent but sadly the corners were chipped. I have submitted a complaint and await a response, I will review my feedback when I receive this
