Englishman living in England First time buying from Cooking Life. To purchase this produce in England would have cost £99.99. Getting it from Cooking-life cost £65.00. Communications from Cooking-life was very good from the start. Order received; order processed order dispatched. Then nervous couple of day till it was in the tracking system. Fedex across the borders great tracking system. Then arrived in England. Hermes. Was not delivered when stated, said no one was in to receive it, no idea where they tried to deliver it to. Due to Easter had to wait a few more days, when the regular courier turns up, she said there was a temp driver on, lots of complaints. Conclusion Great service from shop and transport, hopefully your have the right courier for the final leg.

I have made 3-4 orders with cookinglife in the past. The delivery usually takes about a week. I used to be happy with the selection of products in the shop and the deliver and quality. My last order though was the opposite of what I was used to at Cookinglife. I had ordered a range of MEPAL storage boxes. Although the delivery box was not damaged, 6 of the storage boxes were broken. On one box a piece of the plastic on the top had broken off and five of the other boxes had a deep scratch along the side. This must have been from when they unpacked the items at their warehouse as I didn't open the box with a knife. I sent them an email and got a response saying that I needed to provide photos of the box, the broken items and the delivery slip. I took photos of everything they had asked and sent it. They couldn't open the heic files so I changed into png. In total I sent the photos 3 times and when they had what they asked for they stopped responding to my emails. Im very disappointed of the customer service. I expect a replacement or the money back but they are not responding and ignoring my emails. It is going to be three weeks already without solving this.This is very unprofessional and I wouldnt have expected this. Cannot recommend.

Ordered 2 products and later got email to say one of them was out of stock requested a refund and am still waiting don't see why it should take so long they took the money straight away when ordered

Ordered 6 Juliper glasses, 2 had clear glass but 4 had a yellowish tinge to them which is in the glass. 6 Guinness glasses were fine

Have yet to receive my order. Have contacted support at CookingLife and the courier and was not satisfied with responses or response timeframe from either. CookingLife responded initially but have not responded to further queries. The use of Fedex/Fastway needs immediate review. My package seems to have had to clear customs twice as it is being shipped through the UK I believe. I'm in Ireland. No extra customs and clearance should be needed if an EU only route is used by the courier. This does not seem to be the case! I cannot recommend anyone buy from here especially if they are in Ireland. It should not be the case that a customer who placed quite a substantial order does not know what is happening with their delivery 12 working days after it was shipped. Furthermore an Irish customer should not have to receive this awful experience due to poor choice of courier by Cooking life. Serious review of processes post Brexit needed here by CookingLife if they want to retain Irish customers.

Ordered on November 2021. Never received the order. Customer service almost impossible to reach, only providing standard Whatsapp replies without any follow-up. Also Trusted Shops didn't work, as I filed (in time), but they replied that they can't act because Cookinglife is 'working on it'...and now the protection has expired. It certainly feels like a Catch-22 scam.

Ich warte seit dem 8.12 auf eine Bestellbestätigung per Email. Zuerst war es mir nicht möglich die Transaktion überhaupt abzuschließen, nach langen hin und her wurde das Problem auf der Homepage geklärt. Nun hab ich endlich bestellt, teilweise war die Ware zwischenzeitlich nicht mehr lieferbar, allerdings keine Bestätigung erhalten, die Gutscheine sind eingelöst und die Bestellung nicht auffindbar. Ein Kunden Konto gibt es nicht, warum auch, sowas ist völlig überbewertet, wenn man ein fachlich kompetentes Serviceteam im Haus hat….dann könnte ich nämlich selbst nachschauen und müsste mich nicht auf den Service verlassen, den hier ist man dann scheinbar verlassen und fühlt sich auch noch richtig dämlich. Am Freitag 10.12 haben sie dann meine Bestellung angeblich doch gefunden und mir zugesichert das ich die gewünschte Bestätigung via email bekomme. Tja heute ist Montag bekommen hab ich nichts, sie meinte so eine email dauert…ein Bild vom Mars zur Erde schicken dauert 11 min und 22 sec, Ihr schafft es in fünf Tagen keine Bestellbestätigung von Aachen nach Oberösterreich zu schicken. Ich bestelle sehr viel online, diese Erfahrung ist jedoch einzigartig und wird es auch sicherlich bleiben. Ich hoffe ich bekomme meine bezahlte Ware, idealerweise auch noch heil geliefert….sonst werden wir hier weitere Schritte einleiten! Jetzt haben sie mir eine email geschickt, die Ware wurde versendet. Allerdings mit Ware die ich nicht bestellt hab und 18 € weniger als mein bezahlter Bestellwert. Unfassbar das man so unglaublich Unfähigkeit und inkompetent ist. Bin gespannt wie es weitergeht, wenn das nichts wird werde ich Anzeige wegen Betrug stellen
