My order 519973 (or 7841128 since there seem to be a mess up with my order number) was placed on 12 May 2023, with the promise that it would be shipped in 5 business days. Now, after 14 business days, while my order has still not arrived, the after sales of Cookinglife do not reply to any of my e-mails, WhatsApp messages or don't pick up the phone (after 30 minutes waiting, it automatically hangs up). Extremely lousy after-sales service (I would put no stars at all if that was an option). I have been a satisfied customer so far but this was the last time I ordered something from Cookinglife.

Poor customer service

Placed order, no clear communication re delivery date, plus customer service team filed to get back to various enquiries related to delivery address. No response to WhatsApp messages sent to cooking life custom service WhatsApp account.

However, the transition of these systems causes an unwanted delay in all processes around order processing. As a result, we were also unable to respond within the required time. Deliver very slow

Deliver from this firm has been very slow. Item ordered 7 days ago has only reached southern England and will probably take another two days to reach Scotland. The web address makes you think this is a UK business but they are Dutch and the warehouse is in Holland so anything comming to the UK hs to go through customs, Never again

First Class Service

I was very impressed at how quickly I received the order from Netherlands as I am in Scotland, I have waited longer for UK deliveries. They kept me well up to date on the order and delivery process. The bowls were well packed and the price was excellent. Including delivery I could not get them cheaper in the UK, in fact they were mostly out of stock in UK. I would recommend this company and I certainly will use them again.

Really Good Supplier

I am very pleased with what I received, they recently updated their system, our first order was slightly delayed, but the second order was very prompt and communication much better. Sadly the second box was damaged and we had a chipped plate, and a broken plate but overall the service and back up was great. I will order again.
