My order 519973 (or 7841128 since there seem to be a mess up with my order number) was placed on 12 May 2023, with the promise that it would be shipped in 5 business days. Now, after 14 business days, while my order has still not arrived, the after sales of Cookinglife do not reply to any of my e-mails, WhatsApp messages or don't pick up the phone (after 30 minutes waiting, it automatically hangs up). Extremely lousy after-sales service (I would put no stars at all if that was an option). I have been a satisfied customer so far but this was the last time I ordered something from Cookinglife.

No order received and no after-sales service available

My order 519973 (or 7841128 since there seem to be a mess up with my order number) was placed on 12 May 2023, with the promise that it would be shipped in 5 business days. Now, after 14 business days, while my order has still not arrived, the after sales of Cookinglife do not reply to any of my e-mails, WhatsApp messages or don't pick up the phone (after 30 minutes waiting, it automatically hangs up). Order # 7711441 made on 12th April 2023 still has not been delivered. I have made numerous attempt to contact your company. No one answers the phone. No-one has responded to my emails. No-one has responded to the contact form sent from your website. The ONLY response has been from a chat box. Your colleague simply gave a tracking number which as previously explained was invalid. After that initial response they stopped answering the query. We would like our money back. You owe us 45.84€. This has been a frustrating and expensive experience. This cannot be a 'trusted shop'

Very poor packaging, very poor delivery arrangement and terrible customer service. They didn't wrap the plates and glasses properly. When I received the parcels, many of them are broken. They put my delivery address without door number to DHL, after that, they think it is my problem with DHL. I tried to reach them to tell them my door number, but there is no way to contact them in time. I called them back, no one answered. I emailed them, the auto system saying they will reply in FIVE working days. But I actually never got any reply. I finally reached them via WhatsApp, but they just keep saying sorry and tell me it is the problem between me and DHL. Because of the redelivery, I received my parcels late, I couldn't open my parcels right away. I received my parcels on 4th December from my neighbour, I opened them on 27th December and found most of them are broken, I sent them photos via WhatsApp right away on 27th. They didn't reply to me on 28th. They replied to me on 29th December and told me that I am too late. I should report goods damaged to them within 24 hours. Later they said I should report within 72 hours. Then they said... 14 days... This company is doing business in their own kingdom? Where is EU regulation and customer protection? I know I open the parcels late, but I didn't expect a company sells plates and glasses would wrap those fragile products in such an inappropriate way! They send out my order by filling in a door number they picked and asked me to collect my parcels from the neighbour. The problem is they put in No.4 but I live in No. 312! They don't care and they asked me to rearrange delivery with DHL. They shouldn't do delivery so cavalierly. They shouldn't wrap products so cavalierly. If you are selling ceramic plates and glasses, do it properly and carefully! Otherwise you are just making more rubbish to this planet! I will never buy anything from them.

Charged €13 for return label that doesn't work. Stuck with pan I don't want.

I don't like to give bad reviews, but... When I get charged €13 for a return label that doesn't work and after 3 trips can't find a 'DHL parcelshop' in Ireland that will take the return, it's a tempting notion. After a month of calling CookingLife's phone number and getting a message that "due to maintenance we are currently not reachable by phone" and after multiple attempts at phone and message contact via the WhatsApp number on CookingLife's website netted no response, it's starts becoming an attractive option. After multiple ignored emails to info@cookinglife.eu asking for help, it becomes a certainty. This is either a company on its way out of business or one whose business model 'sell and forget'. Either way I won't be back...

FRAUD

After spending hundreds of dollars with this shop, my package arrived late, ripped open, with missing and damaged items. I immediately contacted them and sent numerous photos to of the damage and the courriers statement that the package was damaged in transit. All I get is a run around from customer support, automated spam responses, and a refusal to make the situation right. I'll be contesting it with my credit card company and hope they enjoy the chargeback for all these little games.

This company is a hassle to deal with, provides no support to customers, doesnt provide any modern order tracking, and knowingly provides inaccurate delivery times on their site. They also don't respond to customer issues, instead sending you in an endless circle of automated responses punctuated with the occasional unhelpful remark or lie from an employee who refuses to help you or honor what you paid their company for.

I have emailed 20+ times, no response on their Whatsapp number or their telephone number. I have reported you to my credit card company and hope to get a refund. You are criminal - I have been waiting for a response since JANUARY! One of the items I received was broken. Don't you dare ask me to call you, I have tried. Email me back ASAP or I will file legal papers to you.

This is because in our previous system, many messages, such as emails and Whatsapps, did not arrive.
