Order # 7711441 made on 12th April 2023 still has not been delivered. I have made numerous attempt to contact your company. No one answers the phone. No-one has responded to my emails. No-one has responded to the contact form sent from your website. The ONLY response has been from a chat box. Your colleague simply gave a tracking number which as previously explained was invalid. After that initial response they stopped answering the query. We would like our money back. You owe us 45.84€. This has been a frustrating and expensive experience. This cannot be a 'trusted shop'

I would never deal with this company again! The item I ordered promised a 2-4 day delivery. I then received an email informing me they could not fulfil the order in this time and would email me when it became available. Customer services does not answer the phone or email requesting refund.

I don't like to give bad reviews, but... When I get charged €13 for a return label that doesn't work and after 3 trips can't find a 'DHL parcelshop' in Ireland that will take the return, it's a tempting notion. After a month of calling CookingLife's phone number and getting a message that "due to maintenance we are currently not reachable by phone" and after multiple attempts at phone and message contact via the WhatsApp number on CookingLife's website netted no response, it's starts becoming an attractive option. After multiple ignored emails to info@cookinglife.eu asking for help, it becomes a certainty. This is either a company on its way out of business or one whose business model 'sell and forget'. Either way I won't be back...

Made an order then 5 minuites later found the same item £20 cheaper and with next day delivery so immediately contacted them to cancel. No response then 2 days later the item ships. Now when it eventually arrives (10 days later) I'll have to go through the rigmarole of sending it back again, costing me and them unnecessary shipping. Pain in the arse.

The item I purchased was of such poor quality that it was completely unfit for purpose - as in totally useless. I sent a polite email to Cookinglife (with images) explaining the issue - guess what... I got completely ignored. Have tried again over a week later. Let's see what happens.

No answers on email or WhatsApp. I ordered two weeks ago and one week ago. Not a single item has shipped or email answered, but my credit card has been charged for both.

one of the two jugs came broken, I wrote 2 e-mails and no response from you, so I rate the service negatively, the glass products were also not secured in the right way.

The product is very small. - I guess the dimensions were there but it looked like it was a cake stand - it could only hold one - perhaps two cakes per layer. Not suitable for its purpose. - wooden trays may be useful for plate mats or serving different cheese etc but not for its destine use

Fast delivery of a well packaged quality decanter. Ordered Monday and delivered from the Netherlands to the UK by Saturday.

As a person with many handicaps, who enjoys my time in the kitchen, cooking many meals, + oreoaring for days in advance + freezing for the week ahead, my one complaint: NO LOG-IN, + INABILITY TO CHECK ON ORDERS PLACED! & having these handicaps; Adding photos is near impossible!

Really excellent delivery service to the U.K. The Westmark Oil and Vinegar Atomiser Set is very well made product and just what I wanted.
