This item was ordered from the Netherlands on June 11th. The seller provided a tracking number, but it is of little use. FedEx confirmed receipt of the package on June 13th and since then there has been no further information. Fed Ex refuse to respond to enquiries regarding the shipment. As at June 20th, nothing has changed. Perhaps the product is good, I don't know. Perhaps the seller is good, I don't know, but I will now cancel the order and request a refund and in future I will not purchase from any seller who uses FedEx.
I have emailed 20+ times, no response on their Whatsapp number or their telephone number. I have reported you to my credit card company and hope to get a refund. You are criminal - I have been waiting for a response since JANUARY!
One of the items I received was broken.
Don't you dare ask me to call you, I have tried. Email me back ASAP or I will file legal papers to you.

They aren't answering on questions about my order (I wrote to them on Whatsapp). My order still hasn't been sent, and it has been more than 2 weeks (delivery time was 4-6 days). I'm very disapointed, cause I was counting on that order.

Very sorry to hear it! Sometimes, the products are not directly available from us but have to be shipped from the manufacturer instead, and this can take longer. This is usually disclosed on the product page, however. Please do not hesitate to reach us by phone during working hours to resolve this matter!

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the kettle.
For any product that requires a plug, we disclose that the European plug does not fit into the UK 3-pin socket and that an adapter is needed for our UK customers. We are based in the Netherlands, thus our products are not designed for our UK customers.
