This item was ordered from the Netherlands on June 11th. The seller provided a tracking number, but it is of little use. FedEx confirmed receipt of the package on June 13th and since then there has been no further information. Fed Ex refuse to respond to enquiries regarding the shipment. As at June 20th, nothing has changed. Perhaps the product is good, I don't know. Perhaps the seller is good, I don't know, but I will now cancel the order and request a refund and in future I will not purchase from any seller who uses FedEx.

I order a small frying pan from the picture that was shown with a omelette and 4 slices of tomatoes on it, l presumed that was what l was getting it was 10cm nit 10inchs. I have posted it back exactly how l received it so now l wait for my refund.

As a person with many handicaps, who enjoys my time in the kitchen, cooking many meals, + oreoaring for days in advance
+ freezing for the week ahead,
my one complaint:
NO LOG-IN, + INABILITY TO CHECK ON ORDERS PLACED!
& having these handicaps; Adding photos is near impossible!

The product is very small. - I guess the dimensions were there but it looked like it was a cake stand - it could only hold one - perhaps two cakes per layer. Not suitable for its purpose. - wooden trays may be useful for plate mats or serving different cheese etc but not for its destine use

I still have not received my item and no notification that it has been shipped. I also sent an email to their customer service regarding this and have not had a response from it. I bought this grill pan as part of a gift and need it for next week.

Several products available to buy, but that are out of stock
No customer area; no way to keep track of what was already sent, what was paid but is still waiting stock, etc.
On multi items order, where some were out of stock, it is very difficult to understand what was already sent, what is pending, what will not be sent...

Time from order to delivery is too long - Even for EU -Still waiting for my delivery after 8 days.
Price stated in Euro is far different in GBP. I understand conversion rates change, but too much of a diiference.

Ordered a x mas gift, payed for it and received an e mail 2 days later that it was not in stock. As this was for my mother I'm a very disappointed and this is my second disappointment with this company in under a month.
