Az óra amit rendeltem hibátlan állapotban érkezett, a karcmentesítő fóliák is rajta voltak. Mivel az órát Lengyelországból hozzák így pontosan egy hét után kaptam kézhez a rendelt karórát. A szállítással és az órával megvagyok elégedve, viszont az ügyfélszolgálat nem egészen megfelelő.

SEIKO ASTRON karórát vásároltam tőlük, árban véleményem szerint verhetetlen, az eredetiséget garantálják, és a legfőbb erényük más forgalmazókkal szemben, hogy 100 napos ingyenes visszaküldési lehetőséget biztosítanak. A termék tekintetében minden az elvárásaimnak megfelelően történt, mindenkinek bátran ajánlom korrekt webshop!

Nagyon jó órát találtam, jó a bolt. A kiszállítással volt egy kis malőr, de megkaptam egy nappal később.

Qulity and price is very good. The value of money is really great and the webpage is very informative. Unfortunately I hade some issues with online payment (credit card and paypal), so finally I need to transfer the money, and because of that my order get approved only 1-2 workdays later. Otherwise the customer service (by phone and chat) was informative and quick.

The delivery time and the packaging is good but the order status is not very helpful most times.

Never heard about this site before and didn't have much review so I was a bit sceptical. But the purchasing experience was fine and the shipping took as much time as promised at order. I also got the order confirmation pretty fast. One thing that would be better if they could give delivery updates more frequently. I got the order comfirmation and the invoice at the same day and after that nothing, only 2 days later the couriers notification that I'll get a package the next day. The shipping was fast but I had no information about my order for 2 days.

Kételkedve fogtam neki innen vásárolni, egyedül ami nyugtatott, hogy van Varsóban egy rendes üzlet illetve több országba is szállítanak. Egy nappal később érkezett meg, mint amit ők mondtak, viszont a rendelés után egész végig csak "Pending"-ben volt a rendelés állapota. Szépen becsomagolva, magyar nyelvű útmutatóval kaptam meg. Egyedül ez zavart, hogy semmi infó nem volt a rendelés után, hogy mi történik, egyáltalán küldik-e, fel van-e dolgozva, stb. Ha valaki vásárol ezt tartsa figyelembe, hogy csak a futártól fog kapni email-t, hogy mikor jön. (DPD). A lényeg megjött az árú, garanciapapírokkal stb. Még érdemes megjegyeznem ami órát rendeltem az nem volt raktáron. (Talán ezért is egy kis csúszás).

I placed my order on 07.07. In the confirmation e-mail, it was written that the expected arrival of the watch is 21.07. At the same time, there is an 8-day delivery deadline on the product page. This is deceptive!

fast, ok shipment, 1 thing i missed is the plastic stem but not sure if it was there tho the watch seemes untouched so was probalby ok, and it costed 60 $ so who care

The ordered watch and delivery were ok, However the communication info sharing and answering need to be improwed
