ordering from crop was a good and easy experience although I wouldn't use again, because of the experience I had to receive my parcel this is because crop use UPS for delivery and they were terrible

This was my first order with CROP. Great experience all round. Excellent customer service. Prompt invoicing, shipping and delivery by UPS. The Ego batteries I ordered were registered on the EGO website and accepted for warranty. All stars fully deserved. Thank you CROP. !

Give some advice on prep work before applying like what type of sandpaper to use. and flash off times. The internet seems to give conflicting advice.

Great prices and fast delivery. They have a great range of engine oil that, even with shipping costs, are still lower than buying in Ireland!

No clear information during the purchase process about duty and handling fees when ordering from uk unless you go to separate section and look for it.I was bit surprised that the shipping was free but then I’m used to it on the daily basis when ordering above certain amount.So didn’t even think about it.Im buying lotvof stuff from EU and never had to pay a penny in custom fees so there is way around it but obviously Crop don’t bother with it. In my case I had to pay an extra £83 on the top of £300 which is significant. Won’t be using again

CROP has excellent offer, quick delivery time and very helpful, communicative team. I have problem with delivery due to courier company messing up. I have contacted CROP customer service and they have reacted quickly and efficiently, solving my problem without additional questions. Definitely five stars out of five! I highly recommend this shop!

Quick Postage- well wrapped Main issue was the surprise import tax of nearly £55 which doubled the cost of the item

Swift delivery. Import charges to UK nearly 50% of goods value. Would have preferred a cheaper delivery! Pleased with sprayer and equipment- it’s good quality.

Quick and efficient distribution of my cans of spray paint, but packaging could have been better. Some of the cans of Montana Gold spray paint, were dinted in transit, box that cans were packaged in,was torn, and could have easily been removed. Overall, too much movement inside packaging,contributed to dented cans of spray paint. Could have been much worse.

Just what I needed and remarkably quick delivery.

The order came faster than the predicted time. It was well packed, everything was as described. The person on WhatsApp was so polite and explained me everything I want to know about the shipping, transport and tracking number. I was very impressed with this order and this is example how should everyone work. Nothing but the best for this store.

I haven’t even received the package yet, but I can already say I don’t recommend this company. The parcel was supposed to be shipped via UPS, but due to its weight, the courier was changed — and that’s where the problems began. I only found out about this change after receiving the tracking number from the company. When I entered it, UPS showed that they hadn’t received the package, even though, according to the company’s policy, it should have been shipped the same day. Only after sending an email did I receive a response explaining the change and that the courier would contact me. I then had to follow up repeatedly for three days just to find out that the package had already been with the courier all along. It seems it had been there from the beginning, yet I was never given a valid tracking number. This is confusing because, as far as I know, a tracking number is assigned as soon as the package is shipped. I placed the order on April 15th and received it on April 21st. To make matters worse, instead of heading directly to my country, the package was routed around Europe and even went to Germany. The company explains this by saying that the package weighs 45 kg and that they were not prepared for complications. In my opinion, if you offer shipping across Europe, you should be prepared for situations like this and inform customers immediately, not only after they start asking questions. Overall, this experience was unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

Order was late. The WhatsApp customer service was poor. Was promised it would be dispatched on a Sunday for delivery on Tuesday (important as I had told them I would be going on vacation). Dispatched late and delivery attempted whilst I was away. Lucky I got back on the final day it was available for collection.

I can't fault the service Crop provides, unfortunately the issue is with UPS who they use for shipping as their import charges are extortionate, I have been charged over £160 to receive goods that cost £200, the order was split into to packages generating charges of £82 per package. You don't get the shipping charge until the item is in the UK and ready for delivery.
