Price of item was decent. Website states that same day dispatch if you order by 10PM but it is not my experience. Delivery was over a week to get from Netherlands to Ireland which is not too far. It was a little dinged up when it came but product itself seems ok. My advice old be to order WELL in advance if you use CROP
The assortment is impressive, fulfilling every need.
Double che check the items integrity before shipping would be perfect.

Huge product choice and amazing service
Loved level of support received while purchasing. Huge product range and good prices. Shipping was lengthy, but acceptable for such hazardous products. Product could have been packages better, as one bottle leaked, few caps were damaged and some spray nozzles missing. Did not try to use branded paints yet

Great prices and usually fast shipping (although they use UPS who are not the best delivery partner). Their packaging could be better. Their fulfillment centre does not use enough packing material and the contents are often delivered loose and rattling around in the box, which is also not very sturdy.

Excellent product and service
The quality of the Black Cherry Pearl finish is exceptional from a rattle can. I'll be buying more in the future. Product arrived very quickly and overall, I'm extremely happy that I paid that little bit extra for a far superior finish than cutting costs and buying cheaper alternatives.

Good company but needs to tweet the despatch process
A very straight forward and practical experience excellent prices.
My only concern is when you say an item is despatched it is actually despatched (left the building) not just ready for despatch as in my case, which led to puzzlement why the courier wasn't updating my purchases progress.
