Excellent service and help from Michael not quite so comprehensive from Dexter at the end, but nevertheless excellent service and information from both of your team members that I had contact with. Thank you very much. At this point I do not know if your product is as good as I hope it will be as I have not applied it yet. However if you wish to give me a reminder in about a week I will respond as appropriate.
Price of item was decent. Website states that same day dispatch if you order by 10PM but it is not my experience. Delivery was over a week to get from Netherlands to Ireland which is not too far. It was a little dinged up when it came but product itself seems ok. My advice old be to order WELL in advance if you use CROP
The only problem I had was getting an incorrect tracking number from UPS so I did not know when the order was to be delivered.

Crop? Crap!
Crop? More like crap! Tried to cancel an unauthorised purchase and they declined telling me it had already shipped? No sign of it or a tracking number not that I could find anyway, given all the communications are in Dutch. Poor communication, no sign of the purchase (unautheriaed or not..) and as much use as a chocolate tea pot

Double che check the items integrity before shipping would be perfect.
Amazing store and fantastic prices. I managed even to get a black friday discount with my purchase. However, one bottle of Angelwax Clarity wasn't properly tightened or untightened during transport (not sure whose fault it is) and it's contents spilled. There goes my black friday discount. Luckily, other bottles remained intact.

Huge product choice and amazing service
Loved level of support received while purchasing. Huge product range and good prices. Shipping was lengthy, but acceptable for such hazardous products. Product could have been packages better, as one bottle leaked, few caps were damaged and some spray nozzles missing. Did not try to use branded paints yet

Great prices and usually fast shipping (although they use UPS who are not the best delivery partner). Their packaging could be better. Their fulfillment centre does not use enough packing material and the contents are often delivered loose and rattling around in the box, which is also not very sturdy.
