I ordered the toolbox for a BMW R1250gsa with the codable lock cilinder. Toolbox is very robust and there is a good description delivered with it. The lock cilinder was code with the BMW keys quickly. The only thing is that it is very hard to lock the lid onto the box. In the end I had to bent the metal plate on the backside of the lock in order to close it without using that much force that the key would break off. There is also a small steal cable from the kid to the box preventing the lid to fall down. The screw delivered with that cable to connect it to the box is impossible to put in. It simply doesn't fit and you cannot fasten it. It would also be nice if a tool would be enclosed for this screw (torx). For now I removed that cable entirely.

Until recently, I would have given 5 stars without hesitation. I've bought a lot of products and use them on my motorcycles and I love them. However, I was very disappointed with the cases, which were of poor quality, and the company didn't take any stance. As a loyal customer, this was very disappointing. Other than that, everything was fine.

I had ordered a mounting kit for the fog lights. There was one part missing from the box. After contacting customer service, they promptly sent me that part. Great service!!

I did not receive any of the ordered products until now. Due to very bad organisation of the delivery, they said that the authorization of the payment expired and wanted to pay the order by bank transfer that will cost extra bank fees. I sent mail two days ago with questions and asked for confirmation and still waiting for answer. The communication is very bad, I ask something, they answer something else. The first mail I received as an answer to my question was intended to someone else, as the name and the product they answered were not the ones I ordered. From the mails I received I could not understand what was the issue and where the problems comes from. Is it a problem of the bank or a problem of the company, as the card payment was authorized, money blocked and they are still not in my account. Now I am making checks with my bank. I still don't know if I will receive something or not even if I pay by bank transfer, having in mind this bad communication. How to trust the company as I have to wait for answer several days ... If I receive a mail, I am not sure if the answer will be what I ask, as it happened before .... Finally maybe the whole order must be cancelled and to hope to be able to receive the payed money back. I still don't know how this case will end.

Only occasionally do problems arise with DHL services. For reasons that I do not understand, the delivery address is changed to the legal one, which complicates delivery times.
