The delivery was longer than other companies, but the price was so much cheaper so we went for it.
Everything then went exactly as described on the website. The product arrived in perfect brand new condition within the time frame that the company set out and we saved £80 (even after import costs)
Just as a note, we are in the UK and when we entered that on the website the price dropped to allow for the fact we would be paying our own country’s import duty. For anybody in the UK just to let you know that was 20% for VAT and £12 import fee so add that onto the price you get on the site.
Would definitely use this company again.

I placed an order for the body scale that was supposed to be available on the mindtecStore online shop. After two weeks with no confirmation I started to sending emails. They answered that they don’t have the product and need to wait for supply from the producer. After over one month they finally send me the parcel but with a wrong product! (not the one that I ordered). I sent it back, but they never pickup the delivery. Now, after two months from the order they are ignoring my emails. Looks like I lost money from the product, delivery costs, custom taxes and returning costs. This store needs a serious revaluation because it’s a shame that it is listed in the Trusted Shops.

Great Product, but it would be better if I knew there was going to be a £40 Customs charge to the UK :( I also had to wait a few days for the letter from Parcelforce with the information and number that I needed to pay the customs charge online. I don't know why that info couldn't have been emailled to me straight away? As far as the Product goes, I bought sweat bands on Amazon with zips to put my 'Touchpoints' into, as I find it more comfortable to wear than the straps that come with the Touchpoints. See one of them in the Photo attached.

Amazing seller with a unique range of products
I live in Poland and was looking for a precise blood pressure monitor. Fortunately, this seller had that model in stock and I ordered it. Several days after making an order I received a parcel with the ordered device.
The box with the device was in a very well-packed parcel from the seller and I received it with no external or internal damage at all. The manufacturer box was factory sealed and my device was absolutely brand new.
I highly recommend this seller with no doubts.

I thought I would receive a good price for my item. Then my item was held at customs and I was charged a considerable amount extra. I was not made aware of this at the time of purchase. The goods themselves arrived (eventually, after 2 weeks) and are in good order.

Flow device. Delivery for one item was quick
The delivery for one item was quick and the price was very good. But I didn't receive a confirmation for the other item I bought. I have no idea when it will be shipped. I'm sure it will come at some point but when, would be nice to know.
