Long delay with no communication
Shipping delay that took a full week and counting for them to send it out with no updates on what is going on. The support chat was fast and helpful to respond but I had to reach out to them about it twice. It's anxiety provoking to order something expensive that you need ASAP and get no updates at all for a week after getting promised fast shipping. Just send out an email that you're having a problem with DHL and it would be great customer service.

Overall everything is OK
The phone arrived and overall everything is OK. However, there were a few scratches on the body and also around the camera housing. This does not fully match the “premium” condition described, especially if the phone is advertised as being without scratches. Apart from that, the phone works well and the overall experience is still fine.

Bonjour,
J’ai bien reçu le téléphone. Je suis désolé, mais il présente une rayure sur la coque arrière alors qu’il était indiqué “comme neuf”.
À part cela, le téléphone fonctionne parfaitement, je n’ai aucun souci au niveau de l’utilisation.
Le seul problème est cette rayure à l’arrière qui me dérange, car lorsqu’un produit est annoncé “comme neuf”, il ne devrait normalement pas présenter de rayures visibles.

My phone is broken, I expected the new one to arrive on Tuesday, it is now Friday and the shipping updates say the phone is still in another country. It's fine if it would take longer as then I could plan for that, but I was assured it would arrive quickly and now I am still waiting.
