The delivery of my satellite decoder was said to be 2-3 days. I ordered on a Friday so expected the parcel by the following Wednesday. It arrived on the following Wednesday. That was not a problem for me but I would have liked to have been informed about the delay. Also, I didn't seem to be able to locate the tracker number which baffled me. I am very pleased with the product however.

Brilliant service.

We placed an order for a piece of equipment to be delivered to the UK. Confirmation came immediately. It was shipped promptly, with full tracking details, and arrived perfectly packaged the following day. Just a great service that really couldn't be improved.
