The ordering process was easy, the downloading and initial installation process began well, although the licence number for my software didn't seem to work. However, with a quick call to the help desk, we realised that the original licence number didn't scan well, which was easily resolved and I received a confirmation of the actual licence number by email a few minutes later. I subsequently did a full installation and have successfully used the software a few times since.
I bought new license key for Filemaker Pro 16, and received a license key which is the same as I bought before.
I sent email to Customer service ask what is this, and the reply is they extended existing license key for 2 person use.
But when I try with 2 computer, it shows exceeded number of user, which means so called extension is not working.
So, I told customer service it doesn't work, but they just keep saying it is extension.
I also asked can I have new license key instead of extension, and reply is no.
finally, I cancel this purchase and got refund.
After that, I still asked customer service, why they cannot solve this problem, but reply is the same + anyway I also cancelled the purchase... sounds like nothing to do with me now.
Ik kreeg dit antwoord..Unfortunately I have to inform you that the revocation cannot be accepted, because the product keys are ordered individually for each customer and therefore cannot be reused/sold.

The product key does not work. Adobe will not approve the student licence because they say the product key is for Mac and not Windows (which I purchased). Bizhandle say it works for 'both'. Adobe say this is not possible. Trying to get a refund but not heard back yet from the request yesterday. Hopefully they will provide it without dispute.

The software key we were given for Publisher does not exist according to Microsoft. We are not able to set up the software even using the special instructions sent to us by Blitzhandel124. They ignored our repeated requests to have our money refunded.
