I purchased Wondershare Recoverit for Windows 11 but was unable to install it. I wrote to the company and they provided detailed installation instructions .I carefully followed the instructions and was able to install the program and recover all the files that I had permanently deleted in Windows 11.
The customer support was excellent however I would prefer to install the program from the confirmation e-mail without having to contact cudtomer support staff.

Na mojom PC som mal nainštalovaný Avast security free verziu. Neustále ma otravovoalo vyskakovacie okienko o nájdení škodlivého software. Objednal som si teda "Avast premium security" s tým, že tieto "škodliviny" mi to odstráni a budem mať konečne pokoj. Mýlil som sa však a som sklamaný. Zbytočne vyhodené peniaze, otravné okienka vyskakujú aj naďalej. Myslel som, že po oskenovaní PC a nájdení chýb mi ich Avast sec. prémium aj odstráni. Áno odstráni, ale keď "vyhodím" peniaze za ďalšie predplatné. Takže, to čo mi poskytuje tento zakúpený sofware hoci sa nazýva honosne "PREMIUM" mi urobí takú istú službu ako iné free verzie.

I am not satisfied with the service at all, I bought a Windows 11 Enterprise N license key from you, which does not work. Your staff had me take a screenshot which I sent and it's been over a week with no response. On top of that, I paid an amount for this license key and that money was not refunded to me. I would by no means recommend this site of yours to my acquaintances and friends!

I bought a Corel Draw license, but I could not download the software from the link received in the email. I downloaded it from my account according to the instructions.
Unfortunately, the key (license) was not good, I received an error on the serial number. I specify that I still have 14 Corel x6 and x7 licenses and I have experience in installing them.

I bought a program from them that didn't work. Have been referred to the manufacturer to resolve the issue. If a company sell a program to a customer, the seller must provide full information about whether it works and if the latter cannot guarantee that it works, the seller must provide a refund. the seller claims that the customer has the right 14 days to cancel / regret the purchase, but even this did not work when I spoke to the seller ( Blitzhandel24).
No trust with this company.

All the Avast products are not refundable after purchase. It doesn’t matter, if they are activate or not activate. Also It doesn’t matter that they send you a form, which states that: in 15 days you are allow to make refund!

Web stránka začala v slovenskom jazyku. Po vyplnení osobných údajov a aj kreditnej karty mi stránka ponúkla stiahnutie si softwearu, ale pokyn k banke na kreditnú kartu nie. Stránka mi začala ponúkať jednotlivé balíčky programu, novšej verzie programu, ale to čo som si chcel kúpiť nie (kompletný balík Nero Platinium t.č. za 75 €). Ďalej som pátral, kde by som mohol zaplatiť za balíček Nero Platínium a prevziať si licenčné číslo, ale nenašiel som. Tak som celú kúpu ZRUŠIL ! Chaos, katastrofa !
