My problem with installing new CorelDRAW I´ve been consulting with guys of Blitzhandel24 and they were able to consult, communicate and solve it step by step every day and finally they helped me and what´s more - all within Xmas time (!), from early morning to late evening on December 24th, 25th ....it´s unbelievable....never in my life I saw such customer focused service. Price OK, quick delivery (electronic), but support is the reason for the low character!
I had a question before buying, a feature i needed, and the question do i need the prof or is standard version OK. It only resulted in the answer "they had so many different items, so it was not easy to know". Honestly, if that's the presales support then better delete that department totally, because they are certainly not a plus for the company !

New link recieved, downloading ok, installing was troubeling - instruction was in Dutch, not my language, but I made it, program in English puhh :)

Worst company ever...
Uacceptable behavior from a seller. I bought Astronom program Redshift 9.
After download and installation it showed out program was defectious in many ways.
It didnt save homelocation even setting was activate for that.
The Help Manual and dictionary was inactive and program close down every time update spacecrafts was activate.
I asked for refund but was told I had to get help from manufacturer.

Avoid them at all costs..! they ignore complaints and requests to refund payment (common complaint) even though the activation code didn't work (again a common problem from them reading other reviews)

The software key we were given for Publisher does not exist according to Microsoft. We are not able to set up the software even using the special instructions sent to us by Blitzhandel124. They ignored our repeated requests to have our money refunded.

Ik kreeg dit antwoord..Unfortunately I have to inform you that the revocation cannot be accepted, because the product keys are ordered individually for each customer and therefore cannot be reused/sold.
