I purchased Wondershare Recoverit for Windows 11 but was unable to install it. I wrote to the company and they provided detailed installation instructions .I carefully followed the instructions and was able to install the program and recover all the files that I had permanently deleted in Windows 11.
The customer support was excellent however I would prefer to install the program from the confirmation e-mail without having to contact cudtomer support staff.

Na mojom PC som mal nainštalovaný Avast security free verziu. Neustále ma otravovoalo vyskakovacie okienko o nájdení škodlivého software. Objednal som si teda "Avast premium security" s tým, že tieto "škodliviny" mi to odstráni a budem mať konečne pokoj. Mýlil som sa však a som sklamaný. Zbytočne vyhodené peniaze, otravné okienka vyskakujú aj naďalej. Myslel som, že po oskenovaní PC a nájdení chýb mi ich Avast sec. prémium aj odstráni. Áno odstráni, ale keď "vyhodím" peniaze za ďalšie predplatné. Takže, to čo mi poskytuje tento zakúpený sofware hoci sa nazýva honosne "PREMIUM" mi urobí takú istú službu ako iné free verzie.

I didn't receive my key…
I bought an antivirus key on April 27th and I did not receive my product (order number 555137. On May 2nd I wrote to them in support (ticket number 158836), they told me that the key had been sent to me by email. I checked my email, checked my spam folder, I did not receive an email with the key. Support didn't answer me anymore!

I am not satisfied with the service at all, I bought a Windows 11 Enterprise N license key from you, which does not work. Your staff had me take a screenshot which I sent and it's been over a week with no response. On top of that, I paid an amount for this license key and that money was not refunded to me. I would by no means recommend this site of yours to my acquaintances and friends!

I bought a license from Blitzhandel but I couldn't install it. Although I requested help, the support messages come automatically without analyzing what the problems actually are. Moreover, if you do not know German, it is impossible to handle the installation of the products.
