I purchased Wondershare Recoverit for Windows 11 but was unable to install it. I wrote to the company and they provided detailed installation instructions .I carefully followed the instructions and was able to install the program and recover all the files that I had permanently deleted in Windows 11.
The customer support was excellent however I would prefer to install the program from the confirmation e-mail without having to contact cudtomer support staff.

Na mojom PC som mal nainštalovaný Avast security free verziu. Neustále ma otravovoalo vyskakovacie okienko o nájdení škodlivého software. Objednal som si teda "Avast premium security" s tým, že tieto "škodliviny" mi to odstráni a budem mať konečne pokoj. Mýlil som sa však a som sklamaný. Zbytočne vyhodené peniaze, otravné okienka vyskakujú aj naďalej. Myslel som, že po oskenovaní PC a nájdení chýb mi ich Avast sec. prémium aj odstráni. Áno odstráni, ale keď "vyhodím" peniaze za ďalšie predplatné. Takže, to čo mi poskytuje tento zakúpený sofware hoci sa nazýva honosne "PREMIUM" mi urobí takú istú službu ako iné free verzie.

I chose one product, but the link took me to another, which I purchased without scrutiny. I requested a refund which was refused. Your staff were not all interested, which was obvious by the fact that they did not read my email messages.

None refundable Avast product
All the Avast products are not refundable after purchase. It doesn’t matter, if they are activate or not activate. Also It doesn’t matter that they send you a form, which states that: in 15 days you are allow to make refund!

Web stránka začala v slovenskom jazyku. Po vyplnení osobných údajov a aj kreditnej karty mi stránka ponúkla stiahnutie si softwearu, ale pokyn k banke na kreditnú kartu nie. Stránka mi začala ponúkať jednotlivé balíčky programu, novšej verzie programu, ale to čo som si chcel kúpiť nie (kompletný balík Nero Platinium t.č. za 75 €). Ďalej som pátral, kde by som mohol zaplatiť za balíček Nero Platínium a prevziať si licenčné číslo, ale nenašiel som. Tak som celú kúpu ZRUŠIL ! Chaos, katastrofa !

Worst company ever...
Uacceptable behavior from a seller. I bought Astronom program Redshift 9.
After download and installation it showed out program was defectious in many ways.
It didnt save homelocation even setting was activate for that.
The Help Manual and dictionary was inactive and program close down every time update spacecrafts was activate.
I asked for refund but was told I had to get help from manufacturer.

Per computer CAL without product key
I asked for per computer cals for windows 2022 server and I was given a link. I bought and then Ifound out that it was the wrong . I am now in the process of getting it right.
Why did nobody ask? I did not know that there are more than one type of licenses.

Mcafee licence not work, always error
Support for Mcafee not help me with that. Says reinstall, clear cache, cookies not work for me at all. I want my money back as soon as possible

Avoid them at all costs..! they ignore complaints and requests to refund payment (common complaint) even though the activation code didn't work (again a common problem from them reading other reviews)
