My problem with installing new CorelDRAW I´ve been consulting with guys of Blitzhandel24 and they were able to consult, communicate and solve it step by step every day and finally they helped me and what´s more - all within Xmas time (!), from early morning to late evening on December 24th, 25th ....it´s unbelievable....never in my life I saw such customer focused service. Price OK, quick delivery (electronic), but support is the reason for the low character!
I had a question before buying, a feature i needed, and the question do i need the prof or is standard version OK. It only resulted in the answer "they had so many different items, so it was not easy to know". Honestly, if that's the presales support then better delete that department totally, because they are certainly not a plus for the company !

Overall satisfied and good service.
The first download link didn't work and email communication was quickly followed up. The only note is that the second link worked, but if it had to be done by someone without a lot of computer experience, it probably would have been difficult to do. But overall satisfied, also with your service which is a rare feat today.

Cheap source of Microsoft licenses.
I had some troubles with my install. The website chat was not particularly helpful (just gave me an email ) In the end I resolved it myself. It was a Microsoft issue rather than Blitzhandel.
