I gave five stars because the item arrived finally, and the price was great. They even included an extra hardcover. However, I had to wait for two weeks although it was supposed to be in stock and shipped within a few days. So, be cautious about potential delays in delivery. The support quickly reassured me about the order's good handling, which I appreciated when they called back.

I placed a pre-order for a sampler at this store. Despite the long 3-month wait, the store proved to be reliable. The sellers were always quick to respond to my inquiries, except for one instance when the reply was delayed due to a vacation. In the end, I received my sampler and am completely satisfied. This store can be trusted, highly recommended!
