Habe zwei T7V bestellt, zu einem wirklich guten Preis. Zuvor habe ich die Verfügbarkeit im Shop angefragt, woraufhin ich eine sehr schnelle Antwort erhalten habe. Am selben Tag der Bestellung erhielt ich eine Mail, dass sich der Versand etwas verschieben würde, wegen Problemen mit dem Verpackungsmaterial. Direkt am nächsten Tag erhielt ich dann aber schon eine Versandbestätigung mit Sendungsnummer und die Monitore sind sehr gut verpackt und sicher nach 2 Tagen (Niederlande-Deutschland) bei mir eingetroffen. Von mir also eine absolute Empfehlung für den Volt Music Store. Der Support bisher, die schnelle Lieferung, der gute Preis und die 1a Ware haben mich persönlich überzeugt.

Good prices. Super nice people in store when I visited previously. Ordering can be improved. I think ‘in warehouse’ means ‘ordering from manufacturer and will take as long as it takes’ but I’m not sure. Also shipping ref number never worked, so it looked like it was delayed. This may be a problem with shipping company, not the store, but will be good to resolve.

The module took more than a month to arrive, with no clear communication about the process. Twice I asked for an update weeks apart with no reply. I understand you need to order these modules from the manufacturer, but you could at least send an update every two weeks with something like … has been sent from manufacturer and should arrive with us in 5 days, or out of stock at the moment, we’ve placed an order and will tell you next week how it’s going.

Buy Erica synths fusion modulator at 199 euros on sale, on other websites up to 350 euros, totally new unit and works perfectly. If you come from math or other modulators by cycles and EOC shots... it is another different and complementary perspective, ideal for drones, bleeps and sequences controlled from the module itself with its S&H functions, VCA offset, EG, noise... quite complete and gives new life to any oscillator. Satisfied with the purchase and with the treatment with volt, it is already my third module and I go for the fourth with them.

Good store with people who genuinely care. Orders take a bit longer to process and ship compared to other webshops, but they do arrive. On the other hand, the prices are noticeably lower. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be to provide clearer information about delivery times — is it 3 days or 2 weeks? That would be my tip: list longer delivery estimates when an order, for example, has to come from the U.S. From what I can tell as an outsider, if you ask for an update respectfully, you’ll receive respect and kindness in return. -------------------------------------- Goede store waar mensen werken die om je geven. De orders duren een stuk langer om te verwerken/verzenden dan andere webshops maar ze komen wel aan daartegenover zijn de prijzen wel een stuk lager. Als ik een verbeterpunt zou willen aangeven is de informatie omtrent de levertijd, is het 3 dagen of 2 weken. Dit zou ik als tip willen aangeven, zet de levertijden ook wat langer als er een order uit amerika bijv moet komen. Maar zoals ik kan beoordelen als buitenstaander als je met respect om een update vraagt krijg je respect en vriendelijkheid terug.

Great price. Delivery from the warehouse in Latvia took about a week from the time I placed the order; I think that's a little long, but still okay. The package was thoroughly and securely packed, so it arrived in perfect condition. I was kept up to date at all times via email.

Everything perfect. Fast shipping, perfect package... and very good price for the product I got. Concerning the product (8-voice expansion board for the Doepfer M ) the installation took more effort than expected. But this is a problem with Doepfer not with Volt Music Store. I missed MUCH better explanations about the required firmware update, and specially, the mandatory need for it. The unit should be programmed in a different way when the firmware is not the same in the two DSPs. It works faulty, which is scaring....

Communication: item arrived in store bu I had to make the phonecall to find it out. Very friendly shop-owners nevertheless.. Very niche type store in the city of Rotterdam.. our own Schneidersladen haha. The Echolocator is a brutally fun happy accidents-delay box.. Was not so sure about the face-print in real-life but it’s growing on me. Recommend both device and store! will shop again.

Fast shipping and good prices. The packaging was subpar unfortunately, I received a Eurorack Module in it's box packed only in a padded envelope. The box arrived pretty smashed. Fortunately, the module itself wasn't damaged.

Love this shop. They have great transparant communication and price. If they have what I am looking for I always order from them. Just take note of it needs to come from a warehouse (it is carefully noted in description) it might take longer but they always deliver 👍🏻

A huge thank you to the Volt team, who managed to find a discontinued Eurorack module. They sourced a brand new one and handled everything with great professionalism. It's also worth noting that the price was unbeatable. Communication was excellent; Volt always responded quickly and efficiently to my messages. I recommend them 100%. Fast delivery, accurate information on the website and very good price, recommended. Wasn’t sure to order, because of other reviews, but everything went very smooth. The green in stock sign of Dreadbox Nyx re was true (Rotterdam), and after my order changed to orange deliverable.

Goed dat Nederland weer een fysieke winkel heeft waar je netjes geholpen wordt en ook nog eens een uitstekend aanbod voor de gene die van modulair synthesizer houd. Jaren lang was er niks. Tenzij je wel genoegen neemt met een bedrijf zonder klantenservice of waar je een grote mond krijgt 👍 ik support dit graag. Meer winkels. Minder online

Enquired about a Rane seventy from voltmusic as it seemed to be out of stock everywhere else. They got back to me within a day confirming it was in stock in their warehouse. I ordered it and it's arrived from Latvia with package in perfect condition just over a week later with FedEx tracking to Ireland the whole way. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend them!
