Rather surprised that the torte arrived unscathed. I was anticipating the torte itself would be in pieces from its quick shipment from Vienna to North Carolina. The wrapping for shipping was damaged but both the artist box and torte were intact. A grand experience to enjoy the texture and subtle flavors of the Hotel Sacher Torte. Only actually being within the ambiance of the Hotel Sacher would add to the enjoyment of the torte. Thank you!

they just forgot the card :(

all went teally well and the cake was delivered withon one day to Germany. the only issuebis that the note I had written tp be printed on the card was ignored and instead my full name was printed in the card, so that went wrong sadly and gave a negative impression

The sachertorte arrived in reasonably good condition; part of it had been pushed inward. The flavor was fine and it was good quality, but it arrived two days late.
