ordered 10ft cork handle fishing rods before Christmas and a few other bits. a small issue arose where the stock did not match the order. I was informed straight away and was asked would I like a refund or an alternative. I trusted the shop to pick out the relevant match for what i ordered as a replacement and the guys couldn't have been nicer. sometimes when in no rush for orders it is great to deal with genuine people who are there to help. i highly recommend this shop and i have never had issues with them i also find their deliveries to Ireland very fast and reasonably priced. kudos to stephanus for all the help

Extremely disappointed with delivery service A false failed delivery was made in this order and had to collect items myself from depot A formal complaint will be lodged with delivery provider as this is unacceptable as I will be ordering more goods in the future. Thank you

Massive delay on Shipping and the courier ended up RTS the parcel. The product was then out of stock. Barely and apologie from customer service and no solution provided for the issue/restock date.

received a broken product, a fishing rod. On the day of receipt, I filled out the form for damaged goods on the website. Second week without response((reaction is zero. Do your job to the end, or don’t undertake to do it at all. Or just write, we will send it to you, and if something breaks along the way, that’s your problem, we are not responsible for that!!!

Very bad customer service and very disappointed.I ordered a carp reel and I recieved it faulty and the guy that was responsible with my complaint just gave me a link where I had to explain again what happened and nobody came back with any answer since

Hi, We are sorry to hear about this. In cases of damaged or faulty products, we always ask our customers to fill in the guarantee form to find the best solution possible. Sometimes is possible that our system has technical issues and the notification of the form does not reach us. Usually if you do not receive an answer after 36 hours from feeling in the form, we suggest to contact us so that we can check it right away. Made an order on 2nd of July and received it on the 17th. Then to my dismay one of the pellet containers was almost empty. But still sealed. Sent an email but got no reply. Not impressed 😕.

9 days no update on delivery

9 days no update on delivery, told items were lost and then asked for re delivery to be told the items were no longer available . Won't be using athis site again. Very poor Service !

When a parcel is deemed lost in transport, we usually offer to send you the order again, however, if products are no longer available then we offer a refund for the order.
