ordered 10ft cork handle fishing rods before Christmas and a few other bits. a small issue arose where the stock did not match the order. I was informed straight away and was asked would I like a refund or an alternative. I trusted the shop to pick out the relevant match for what i ordered as a replacement and the guys couldn't have been nicer. sometimes when in no rush for orders it is great to deal with genuine people who are there to help. i highly recommend this shop and i have never had issues with them i also find their deliveries to Ireland very fast and reasonably priced. kudos to stephanus for all the help

Made an order on the 14th of July, by the 29th it still has not been shipped out, At this point I contacted them over email and requested a refund, i got a reply saying their supplier was late and it will be shipped soon. No fishdeal I'm not asking about how or when it will be shipped I'm asking for a REFUND of items that haven't even been shipped yet. Avoid this company at all costs since they can't seem to grasp the concept of a refund.

Plenty of choice and the prices are good, but I find that shipping time has slowed, I used to receive items in five days or less, but my last order was on the 27th August and wasn't shipped until 2nd of September and as yet has not arrived 😕
