Variety, good deals and on top of it, very good customer service. Stephanus is very responsive and his replies are personalized and effective to solve any query. This is very important as i have negative experiences on other European sites where customer service reply with ready templates that often do not answer client question.
As per shipping times, these have improved in the last week, hope you now have enough staff to quickly dispatch our orders :)
received a broken product, a fishing rod. On the day of receipt, I filled out the form for damaged goods on the website. Second week without response((reaction is zero.
Do your job to the end, or don’t undertake to do it at all. Or just write, we will send it to you, and if something breaks along the way, that’s your problem, we are not responsible for that!!!

Excellent customer service! My product arrived to Ireland damaged and was returned to Fishdeal by the courier before it hit my doorstep. Fishdeal had a new product in the post and sent to me before the faulty item even arrived back in the Netherlands. Amazing experience
