ordered 10ft cork handle fishing rods before Christmas and a few other bits. a small issue arose where the stock did not match the order. I was informed straight away and was asked would I like a refund or an alternative. I trusted the shop to pick out the relevant match for what i ordered as a replacement and the guys couldn't have been nicer. sometimes when in no rush for orders it is great to deal with genuine people who are there to help. i highly recommend this shop and i have never had issues with them i also find their deliveries to Ireland very fast and reasonably priced. kudos to stephanus for all the help
Fishing tackle arrived broken. The tip was sticking out of the box and was missing the last 15 cm. Contacted their sales team who asked me to contact their return department, filled out all the required forms online. NEVER heard back from them. It was my first time shopping with Fishdeal my order got lost and because there was no sign of it I had to cancel my order.
It was not a good experience for a first time buyer.

Finish on the handles of the rods are poor as there is hard glue or summit sticking out of one handle and on the other glue is visible all round the rims

Selling the product that they don't have stocks

We are sorry to hear you had problems with you order.
We have looked into this and see that you ordered a product that we know as "Cross Dock". These products are not directly stocked in our warehouse and are ordered from the supplier once we receive the customer's order in our system. Therefore, the delivery times are longer than a normal product.
To know if a product is a cross dock product in our website, you just look at the delivery times above the name of product in the deal, if it is longer than the general delivery time, this menas it is a cross dock.
The reason why we have this type of products, is so that we can grow our range of products for every customer.
