ordered 10ft cork handle fishing rods before Christmas and a few other bits. a small issue arose where the stock did not match the order. I was informed straight away and was asked would I like a refund or an alternative. I trusted the shop to pick out the relevant match for what i ordered as a replacement and the guys couldn't have been nicer. sometimes when in no rush for orders it is great to deal with genuine people who are there to help. i highly recommend this shop and i have never had issues with them i also find their deliveries to Ireland very fast and reasonably priced. kudos to stephanus for all the help
Fishing tackle arrived broken. The tip was sticking out of the box and was missing the last 15 cm. Contacted their sales team who asked me to contact their return department, filled out all the required forms online. NEVER heard back from them. Bad customer service experience.
Pros:
Big range of equipment.
Shipping time its reasonable.
Cons:
Terrible and rud customer service.
U would have to worried if u need to deal with warranty or if something goes wrong with your order.

Takes too long from ordering to shipping. Excuse high volume of orders needs to be adressed. Employ more staff if very busy
