ordered 10ft cork handle fishing rods before Christmas and a few other bits. a small issue arose where the stock did not match the order. I was informed straight away and was asked would I like a refund or an alternative. I trusted the shop to pick out the relevant match for what i ordered as a replacement and the guys couldn't have been nicer. sometimes when in no rush for orders it is great to deal with genuine people who are there to help. i highly recommend this shop and i have never had issues with them i also find their deliveries to Ireland very fast and reasonably priced. kudos to stephanus for all the help
Fishing tackle arrived broken. The tip was sticking out of the box and was missing the last 15 cm. Contacted their sales team who asked me to contact their return department, filled out all the required forms online. NEVER heard back from them. Very good store. Excellent options, favourable pricing and very helpful staff. I've been using them for years. They are actually based in the Netherlands but delivery to Ireland has usually been decent. Any issues were usually with the Irish delivery service. Highly recommend. Daily deals are well worth watching for any tackle tarts out there 😜
