Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Bike discount is a good webshop for all kind of bicycling parts. The prices are also sharp and the communication throughout messages and email is well done.
Although i have lately lots of problems with DHL whom is shipping for Bike-Discount. Bike discount is handling the problems well.

prices are for germany, and they increase once they are added to the card. It I already set my account and added country, I would assume prices will be already adjusted before going into the cart

I like the after sales service and problem solving by the employees.
Regarding what to do better is that some products are out of stock. So if you can try your best to get them back in stock

Shipping is expensive
No matter how amount of Euros you order for, shipping outside Germany always costs 8 EUR. I would love if there would be a certain number, where shipping becomes free
Good selection and variety of products and at very reasonable prices. At one occasion I needed the support on a warranty matter and that was handled to satisfaction as well.
