They have some problem with there website, the price is different between countries, nothing wrong about that but the thing is the website has so much bugs so you see the real price first at checkout. So the price you see when you add an item to you’re shopping cart could be wrong, even if you have the right settings. That sucks a bit… I bought the bike anyway and it’s freaking awesome and has the highest spec for the money that I could find.

Until now I didn't receive any feedback to this request, so I chose to order the bike without this accessorie.

Website, wide selection of stock, customer service excellent. Delivery to UAE poor. Previously with bikediscount international delivery was by DHL to my door, now its DHL to the country and then package gets stuck in the local UAE postal system with additional charges, delays and fees. BikeInn (compeditors) ship DHL to my doorstep in the UAE.

I have ordered 4 RADON bikes in total from bike-discount shop. And I am satisfied. Radon brand offers good quality bikes with excellent components and reasonably priced. Such bikes from famous brands would cost you double the price.

Everything runs as usually very smooth, no obstacles during ordering or damage by transport, only what missing is time period between ordering and transport - no added information, you must read small comment thats takes from - to

I like the prompt delivery, but I have to spend a week until I manage to get in line the bike components that have not been properly leveled and fixed. I have to visit couple of times bike workshops and spend additional money.

I would like to have better shipment cost for Greece when ordering for example only 2-3 lightweight bicycle accessories and looking the past ordering that have been done earning bonus for lower cost next time.thank you!

everything went smooth once orderded no problems with packet or delivery . an notification every step of the process . only thing stressful for me was the advanced payment .

Waited more than 15 days for bike delivery (longer than was stated on the website), and then another 4 days for delivery in my country. Other than that, it was okay.

Delivery is quite slow. Couriers don’t inform about arrival parcel and just drop them to stairs by the street. Who’ll take response if the parcel would be stolen?

Fair prices, big variety, but return is not easy and quite expensive. After you pay 14 eur delivery for 150eur order, you dont expect to pay 20 eur for return

The parcel took some time to be dispatched last time, although it normally isn’t that slow. I.e. several days although all the items were readily available.

Shipping for Madeira Island is expensive and takes a long time to arrive. Would be nice to see this improved. Everything else is great!

Offer, stock and prices are quite OK. NEGATIVE: returns from Romania are not free !! I need to send a product back on my cost 😞

Nice webshop whith al lot of party and sharp proces. To bad a wrong part was sent to me, but returning this part was very easy.
