Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

I wrote to support several times asking for a response on my new order. I needed advice on a product, whether it is suitable or not. My letters to me were ignored. I didn't get any answers. You have a very nice store, but please respond to customers even if you don't know the answer or don't provide such a service as advice, although this is strange. Thank you

Missing package

My package was delivered. Unfortunately my neighbour stole it. I contacted the delivery company, my neighbour, the police and your customer service. The webshop answered they cant send a new package for free, understandable. I asked if we can split the cost 50/50. The answer was "no". Thats how you loose a loyal customer who spent tens of thousands of euros over the past 7 years. Bye

However, unfortunately our hands are tied in this case: You have issued the transport company with a full authorisation to deposit the parcel without personal delivery. In this case, you waive all claims if there were any problems with the delivery as a result. Likewise, in this case we cannot assert any claims against the logistics partner on our part and cannot open a delivery complaint. For our part, we therefore recommend all our customers that they give careful consideration to the issue of a delivery permit in this form, because it may be critical. I have ordered and paid via PayPal my package and without any explanation my order was cancelled and refunded. Immediately I contacted customer support and asked for explanation. After a long wait i got poor response that your colleague just cancelled my package. The support was awful and i have to say that I expected better from a company like yours.

Ordered set of wheels.....arrived in damaged box ..incorrect packaging of the item..marks on the wheel hubs....contacted Bike-discount....they said it was couriers problem...NO MORE EMAILS FROM Bike-discount after that point. EXTRAORDINARILY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.......NEVER AGAIN

Customer service is horrible. TLDR; choose another company. They are rude and they could not keep up what they promise and when asked after, the just ignore your messages. When I started to handle case through PayPal, they tried to convince me to close case "because they cant make refund if case is open". Do not fall for that !! This is second order in a row, that had problems (first was 2-star feedback May 28, 2023). They answered to my earlier feedback "...contact with our customer service, and you have already found a good solution". That solution ended up being PayPal... Lesson learned after second order, shame on me ?

Yes, you are correct, this delivery took a little longer than we stated and not everything was in order. This is not up to our standards and for that we apologize so much! But even though we are proud to be able to satisfy the vast majority of our customers as reflected by the many good reviews, even with us or with our logistics partner in individual cases something goes wrong. This is regrettable, but unfortunately not 100% avoidable. Our service staff was continuously friendly and committed in contact with you and did everything to offer you a good solution for the situation. Nevertheless, we are unfortunately unable to pursue every compensation request and sincerely ask for your understanding. Proportionality must be maintained here as well. And one more friendly note: our service staff is just as happy as our customers to receive friendly and appropriate communication. We thank you very much for your patience and understanding.

Didnt want to match a cheaper price because they said it wasnt immediately avalaible at the other place, but going ahead with the order I still had to wait 14 days for standard delivery ( they said 2-5 days) and paying 15 euro which is like DHL delivery price. Thats 3 minus points in one.

Logistics was poor. Finnish Posti changed the delivery Location and basically didn’t inform at all about that. That is the reason why I was not able to collect My order on time, and now it is on way back to Germany. Not happy at all.
