I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..

I am dissatisfied with my warranty claim. I sent item back for replacement, but got a refund - claiming the product was not in stock at the time. I was instructed to reorder the item, but at much higher price.

I've made as order on the 10th of October, on the 13th it was delivered to DHL. Around the 28th I checked on DHL website and it was still in Germany with the last update dating the 14th of October. I realized it wouldn't probably make to Portugal in time (as I an leaving the country), so I sent a email. Three days later I called because nobody answered me back. I explained the situation, asked if they could call DHL to see what was going on and asked to cancel my purchase and give my money back. The person on the phone only said she was going to send me an email! No answers to my questions. The email she sent was saying the would start investigating! No answers to my questions again. I replied the email asking them to cancel the order. They replied that the would give my money back if DHL couldn't deliver me the parcel and when they get the parcel back there!! The next day I asked if the got any news from DHL and the reply was that they will just wait for DHL to inform them, they didn't bother to call DHL!! Conclusion: if by any chance you need help from customers support you will be in big trouble!

According to DHL, your package was delivered on 10/22. If you claim that you have not received the package, we will initiate an investigation with DHL. By the way: we have been successful in this business for about 30 years ... as a "first class scammers", as you title us here, we would certainly not have managed that. We will do our best to solve your problem as well.

Clarification: The customer provided the address himself and it was verified by PayPal. After the package had already been handed over to DHL, the customer contacted us with the request that we should use a completely different address. 1. this was not possible because the parcel was already on its way. And 2. for insurance reasons, we are not allowed to change delivery addresses that we have received from PayPal !!!! There is no error on our part here. Dear customer, you will have to make an effort to pick up the parcel at the place you have indicated. Alternatively, you can also contact your national postal company.

In their terms and conditions it states they pay for returns. They insisted that I pay so I did. Then they send me a pre paid stamp??? Awful service

Dear customer, you are referring to our terms and conditions which were valid more than two years ago. That is, the time before Brexit. Of course, only the current terms and conditions apply. For our British customers, we have even set up an extra page with many shipping and return conditions and much more information. In principle, we refund the return shipping costs from the UK for justified complaints.

They are using a shiping company known for not even trying to deliver, and in my case, they told me that "someone" ordered to return the item. Bikediscount told me they did not cancell the order, and neither I did. A nightmare, and still no solution in sight

Dear customer, DPD has tried to deliver your parcel twice. Without success. Our experience with DPD in Spain is very good. Therefore, we offer both transport companies to our customers. It is therefore the free choice of the customer with whom he wants to be delivered. Why you then (in your opinion) chose DPD instead of DHL for shipping is not entirely comprehensible to us. In any case, we will receive the package back tomorrow (according to the tracking system). As soon as we have booked the goods back, you will receive your money back immediately

no good to use if you are from countries that they don't support with a shipping label for returns. online shopping is a risk but some companies support the customer, but this makes it too risky to buy certain items.

My order was not delivered to me, wich might not be their problem, but when I tried to get some information, they just ignore you! I had to wait 4 days to get an answer on my mail ! My parts were delivered back to them by the courier service, so I asked to send it again. We are now 2 weeks further and I'm stil waiting......!

Nowhere on the basket page or payment dose it say taxes etc are due in uk and extra. Prices on website are including 19% tax. When googled bike discount uk it looks like you are a registered co in UK so no exta cost. If you want UK customers you need to sort this out like other EU shops have

Please excuse this shipping delay by DHL. We have handed over the finished package to DHL on the same day of your order. Unfortunately, DHL then needed 9 days for delivery in Belgium. However, we would also like to note that this is a rare case. Our business partner DHL is usually also very fast.
