Ordered a really nice carbon handlebar, just to find out it's stuck at DHL, and customer service is not doing anything nor even considering to refund my order, they totally ghosted me and just stopped replying to my email after contacting them by both email and phone, they just give always the same answers and do nothing, really disappointed at my "first" real experience with this shop. Avoid!

Dear customer, we have already explained to you by email that we are not allowed to intervene in the fully automated payment process for security reasons. Once a payment transaction has been completed, it is technically not possible to do so, as the system does not allow this for the security of the customers.

Ordered in 5/11/2022 shipment to Israel. today is 26/11/2022 and the package is still in Germany who knows for how long. You should give your customers expected delivery time and do the efforts to meet it!

Unfortunately, we can no longer influence the further course of the shipment once it has been handed over to our logistics partner. the last item i ordered from them was different as described in their website to the one i got, they send incomplete item there is no fork remote lever as what i suppose to recieve, and very slow responce if you have question from them so disappointing

Bought bike from here. Very poor job was done assembling it. Some bolts and screws were tightened so tight that some parts were broken etc. Would not recommend buying bike here.

Please excuse this delay in delivery. Briefly for clarification: "Deutsche Post" is DHL !!! And if you expect DHL to deliver at your place, you would have to order "DHL EXPRESS". However, this then costs a different price.

For shipping to Qatar, we choose the renowned service provider DHL. Therefore, we can also deliver at fair shipping costs. The other option would be DHL Express. Would you then find the price for this service fair? Then you would have to pay a multiple of what you have paid so far. I've ordered the goods on 2/10 and payed the shipping fee with DHL (5-6 days). Since then there is no update regarding my parcel. I have checked with DHL and found out that it has been handled through the post. Very disappointing. I bought it for an Ironman completion (5/11) that I will probably want be able to use. Is there is anything you can do to expedite the delivery ? Moreover, replay from a customer service after 5 days ?? are you serious ?

In our web store, the important information for a delivery outside the EU is stated accurately and transparently. Since the Brexit we have created an extra info page with all the information. Since the Brexit also import taxes must be made in the UK. It differs there nothing from other countries

The order was placed on 13/19/2022, the items were available in stock, but I only received the package on 28/09/2022, 15 days after purchase. This unacceptable delay was DHL related. I had to insist and send some complaints and emails to unblock the situation.

I bought a Camelbak M.U.L.E. Pro 14 - Protector Hydration Backpack BLACK color. I got the Green color. I emailed that I received the wrong color. I got a reply after 9 days. The seller convinces me (trying to make me crazy) that I ordered exactly the green color that I got. I am very disappointed with the support. I will think carefully about my next purchase. Very dishonest seller!

I received 2 different models of shoes in my order. Sent an email auto response says wait 1-5 business days for a reply. Day 7 I call and receive a shipping label. Everyone I spoke to seemed apathetic but I guess that is typical German customer service.
