First ebike order: ordered at 11pm, shipped the next day at 11am. second ebike ordered and shipped within a week. First order of accessories shipped within a few days. Delivered within 4 days. Second order of accessories shipped within two days. Delivered within 14 days. The shipping company handed over the package to Czech Post. Package damaged and opened. I had to make phone calls to have the package found and delivered to me. DHL and DPD please do not hand over parcels to the Czech Post or the delivery time will be doubled with an uncertain result. 😂🙏

The bike box was sent promptly until it arrived in Portugal where DHL did not ring my buzzer or inform me of delivery. I work from home so always there.I did not know my neighbour had taken my delivery but only put a note in my letterbox! I dont check that every day! Useless DHL! Otherwise happy with ease of construction. Let me see how it performs during the years

I like how quick and cheap item was, overall quite stoked. Only thing i have to say i didnt like was part where i specificly bought e bike brake set, and house for back/rear brake came to short 1700mm... And now i had to buy aditional house 2000mm and pay another 15€ for shiping... Not cool but other than that awesome

A very extensive selection within spare parts. Here you'll often be able to find the specific part that seem to be completely unavailable from most other shops. If you're ordering for delivery outside Germany you may experience that the transfer to the handler in your country takes unreasonably long.

The first order I made gave me shipping options between DSL and DPD, which was nice as DSL has a drop point where I live. The second order did not give me the option, I had to use DPD and the delivery was quite problematic. Otherwise, evverything was good.

Good prices! Nice and clear eshop. Communication was quite Ok, but flexibility might better for timing of shipping and also when answering technical questions. And also customer approach could be better when claiming broken part.

Very good is that, bike is fully assembled, set up and checked (in the box is paper about inspected). You could give a suspension pump as a gift when ordering a full-suspension bike.

Nice bike and quick delivery, I bought a Radon bike, and think it’s misleading that prices on Radons and bikediscounts websites aren’t the same, feels a bit like being tricked!

Nice prices, reliable shop. Communication about the delivery of my orders could be much better. Delivery time is too long. And I'd like an extra payment method like Ideal!

I don’t give 5 stars because the delivery time is above average compared to other stores I use. 3 to 6 days is more than usual and it taken 7 or 8 days to have my helmet.

Order was fast and delivered without problems. Support was quick to answer. Only problem was that the site was a bit buggy. But I manage to place my order nonetheless

Product was faulty. Returned to fox uk immediately under warranty. Not informed of import duty. Probably neither are the shops fault directly but otherwise all good

Wrong item was delivered. Returned to supplier. Money was refunded. All proceses (order, receive item, send back item, money refund) took exactly 3 weeks.

They are great shop there is no question about that. They could give more delivery options except DHL. My last order was stuck in DE for 8-10 days.

They need a long time to prepare the ordered and send it to the EU, where everything should normally be delivered within three days.

Unfortunately shipping is much more expensive than TradeInn and Bike-Mailorder. Otherwise I am very happy with Bike-Discount.

Fast, best price .. Description... Included 2 valves and tubeless tape but no tape ( there was tape mounted on the rims)

Good products, fast delivery, fast refund after return of goods. Return process could be improved, made a bit clearer.
