Good: Communication with them was very very good, both written and by telephone. They offered a discount even after I have bought the item. Seems they have the best prices. Quick refunds. Bad (better said not good/perfect): Returning policy as described on site is somehow hard to understand, especially if you're from outside EU or from a third world EU country (Romania in my case). Better call them directly before returning an item. I have the feeling that I should have not paid for the return (like some countries do not) but overall it was not a big deal and I rather had my money back than bother with a small transport fee.

Quite good selection of cycling spare parts and accessories. Fast delivery to Finland. Prices, well, the global demand has set the prices sky high. Thus I've reduced bike part orders heavily lately

Overall satisfied. The packaging was also good. Two issues: The system doesn't update you on the status of the processing so you wait days wondering whether all is on track or not. They also don't inform you whether you will get separate shipments in case you order additional items. In the bike Montage they shall be more careful with the gear cable and the chains.

Right products, good quality, fast service as always! The only complaint is regarding the DHL delivery, they did: - inform about the delivery on the same day (it was supposed to take place later on) - destroy the packet totally and actually damaged also the products inside - left the package outside the building and left quickly before I was able to complain

The selection of the bike was perfect, description or the size chart in place I though find out the shipping information disturbing (from 1-3days to 3-5day) when the bike should be shipped. It was shipped after 6 days and another 3 days for shipping company to deliver it within Europe. Delivered preassambled and easy to setup, the bike was ready in minutes.

I got the package and all the things I have ordered in perfect shape. Bit the box was chrushed. Thankfully I have ordered parts that cannot break easy. But if I ordered something fragile, it will be easily broken. Because of that, I can not gove 5 stars. Also, in the email I got, it said 2-3 days untill delivery, and I have waited for more then a week.

Bike-discount had the parts I needed and they delivered in a speedy time frame. My only criticism is given to their payment methods, a little confusing and not so user friendly for first time users. I have an amazon pay account, which I have used for several years, but Bike-discount do not list my country as part of its payment service?

Handle the problems with Amazon payment and trouble with special foreign letters (like Æ, Ø and Å) which, in my case, make the name of the street disappear on the package's adress label. Result: It will return back to you! It happens twice, until I the third time make a new user profile without Amazon log-in. Then the order succeed

The site has pretty competitive prices and a wide range of products. Reliable, and shipping and delivery is quite fast, usually within 2/3 days the order gets delivered. Two things keeping me from giving the 5 stars: there is not free shipping, and it seems they don't ever have discount codes.

Delivery, delivery, delivery. For the first time, the package was returned without a delivery attempt (24-hour reception). For the second time, the package delivery destination was automatically changed to a pick-up point (ok), but I didn’t receive a code so I couldn’t pick it up…

This time it took almost a week to get stuff shipped, that’s why 4/5. Generally I would give 5/5 because this wasn’t my first order from there and there hasn’t been any problems. Two times I have done some order changes and both customer service been great.

Good prices, big catalog. Slightly outdated website design. Also very annoying that when the package reaches my country, DHL hands it off to a very crappy sub-contractor. If I pay 10€ for delivery and choose DHL, I expect to receive the package from DHL

Lots of items on stock, often has the bike spareparts I'm looking for and good prices - love it! I know its not really fair but I've deducted 1 star for somtimes slow delivery times (think it was during corona) but nobody is perfect :D

Bike-Discount is my go-to online bike shop. There prices are the best in the business, there return policy is very good and hassle free. I only wish the transportation cost was free from a certain amount.

Because I purchase online with very limited possibility to return goods, I would like product descriptions to be as exhaustive as they can possibly be. Now, some goods are lacking even basic information.
