Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
As a regular customer I appreciate the variety of choices available. When item are not available I am notified immediately thus allowing me to pick a different item. I also like the prices and the speed of delivery.

pros: good prices, and great kind of assortment and fashion brands, good website, VAT is calculated automatically (for other countries)
cons: maybe shipping to the EU for orders up to 100/200 euros could be free

Ordered 2 mtb tires. Good price/quality. Communication good as DPD did not being the package on the right adres. By bikinn interferentie I heard that adres so I got the package after all.
Fast response, products well packed, correct refund, as allways. I placed 11 orders for in total 2500 € since 2022, MTB related items ( parts, clothing, slop tools, car bike rack).
