Basically, the delivery and communication work well. What is very annoying at the moment: I have been waiting for 2 deliveries of Vitamin B12 drops for about 5 weeks. I receive a reminder for the goods that have not yet been delivered, but absolutely no proactive information on when they will be available. On inquiry, the AI responds that the drops are not available at the moment - I had noticed that myself. After my second query, I received a response. By now, I should already have these drops, but they still haven't arrived. I have also paid for them due to a final reminder. It cannot be that one has to wait 2 months for a product without further information - Biogena could also propose an alternative product in the meantime.

I like the products suggested by my nutritionist. They are effective if taken regularly.\nThe company is serious and punctual in delivery.\nI recommend them for their always updated research on the components of their supplements.\nFor example, Memoria forte gold is very effective. After a while, I noticed more concentration, more attention, and much more memory. Also, Panto H gena for hair shows results after 2 months.\nOther supplements are also effective; after performing the tests, the results are noticeable. I recommend Biogena, the top of the supplements.

Wow Effect, I am a new person. I feel more vital, full of energy, no difficulty falling asleep and I sleep well, no longer have to get up at night, no urinary urgency. I have not been dealing with Biogena for that long but the experience I have had has been excellent. The communication is very efficient. I even had to return an item due to my mistake and they have been very helpful. I really have nothing bad to say about Biogena.

I consulted at the Mariahilferstrasse branch and tried ONE first for a month and then bought it for 3 more months. The consultation was extremely friendly, however, everything was apparently too highly dosed together with Gedächtniskraft Gold and 5 HTP (which I had also indicated). Only after a total of 2.5 months of intake could I associate my enormous skin rashes, pustules, and itching with the intake. After stopping ONE, all symptoms disappeared.

Austrian model company! I have been dealing - on the side and for myself - with the supportive effects of micronutrients for 7 years. At Biogena, I find, besides a very good range of nutrients, a lot of information about it (MCN-Coach, Longevity-Coacht, encyclopedias, etc.). I would like it if, for example, in collagen, it was specified exactly which type of collagen it is (Type I-III there are differences, I is more for skin, II for cartilage, etc.) and where it comes from (country of origin). Your products are amazing, even though I only order a part from you. Organic certifications are very important to me.

I am really enthusiastic about these super vitamin tablets. They contain all the important and valuable nutrients the body needs daily. Since I have been taking them regularly, I feel significantly fitter and more balanced. For anyone who wants to support their health simply and effectively, I can absolutely recommend these vitamin tablets. I would only increase the zinc dosage.

The products are of very high quality. I feel really good with my supplements.\n\nI would like to combine two email addresses into one customer account, but that is not yet possible. Placing an order with customer login and path to the shop is a bit complicated (via mobile), but that is complaining on a high level. And that really only affects the administrative part.

Biogena ONE, I've been taking Biogena ONE for several months, and the effect is impressive. I always have a lot to do and, as a self-employed person, a workweek beyond 60 hours. I have more energy and feel better, even in sports I notice more energy and power. I can only recommend it to everyone, keep it up.

I recommend all Biogena products 100%, what I particularly recommend is Blood Pressure Formula. I am now taking the second package and my blood pressure has settled in the recommended range, that is on average around 125/85, previously often also 150/95.

Good and informative explanations, fast and reliable delivery. Since a product was supposedly unavailable at the time of ordering (I ordered it anyway and it arrived in the first of 3 deliveries, MiraCHOL 3.0), I ordered, received, and paid for another, more expensive product (even though I do not actually need it as a "temporary solution"; I will try it anyway, FiboCHOL).

Wonderful products, great company! I've trusted Biogena products for years. Especially "Omni Lactis Metabolic Enterococcus" is brilliant. It helped me reverse the weight gain associated with menopause. I lost over 25 kg, and it was easy, without deprivation and without deficiency symptoms. I feel as fit as I haven't in a long time!

Products and service are very good. The 20-year anniversary was a great event. I miss the sustainability in the guided return of the white product containers. It is high-quality plastic that should not end up in the channels of the ARA. Biogena can find or create an exemplary solution through a closed loop. ALPLA, as the supplier of the containers, should be involved. It is state of the art that in many food packaging (direct food contact) or secondary packaging (without food or pharmaceutical product contact), returned packaging materials are already used. With 36 years of experience as an application and development technician in the plastics industry (including KST-Verpackung), I allow myself this constructive criticism or suggestion. The products, the advice, the expertise, and the friendly staff. Thanks to Magnesium Siebensalz and the multiple dose of vitamin D3/K2, I was able to increase my value from 25 to 94 within 4 months, and I no longer have muscle cramps and sleep better :)

For me, another positive side effect, for years I had to urinate at night, and after two weeks of daily intake, I no longer had to get up at night! Since my vitamin D level was low, I was recommended to take one drop daily for 3 weeks and then every three days! All good!

The premium collagen is unique. After a short time, a noticeable improvement in morning finger stiffness was observed. My skin gets more moisture, which is clearly visible on my face, wrinkles are softer and less. Bones are stronger, no more bone discomfort in the legs!

I have been taking Siebensalz Magnesium for 4 weeks now. Since I had no real/significant deficiencies or complaints, I can't really say much about its effectiveness. In any case, I have no side effects like diarrhea, which is positive. It won't hurt, so I continue to take it. Ordering process very easy, delivery very fast. Overall, 5 stars.

I can honestly recommend Siebensalz Magnesium. I had at least 2 years of sleep disorders, probably hormonal, and since I've been taking the magnesium (now about 3 months) I finally sleep through the night and feel renewed in my strength. Already after the first intake, my sleep improved significantly.
