The order process was ok. I did not appreciate that it said one could order up to 12 hours before but then when ordering it did not apply to the Vienna airport and this information was quite well hidden. Thankfully I flew again soon after.

Heinemann is always excellent expirience

Always love to shop in Heinemann.Last was in Vienna and Frankfurt (unexpected Frankfurt concerning my rescheduled flights). Maybe in Vienna must have (similar as Frankfurt) separated desk for online previously ordered articles to avoid crowd on regular cash desks. Even my guy in Vienna was very helpful and skilled to finish my order quickly and leave enough time for my coffee time in the smoking lounge

Better description of pickup point in FRA. The map provided isn't very useful. State "the duty free near gate B1234 or A3888" and mention (depending the case) whether it's before or after the passport / checks.

Perfect and quick service. The advance order was cancelled but the lady in Heinemann found it. Two things more finished. All incl. cashier was not more than 10 minutes. Great 👍

I love this service, as I hate to drag my bottles around the airport and airplane. So having them shipped to my front door instead is a great relieve. Love your service and all is done within good time. I keep an eye out for exclusive bottles and love the reward system.

Great service at pickup. The instructions to find the specific shop (near gate xyz) are useless. Don’t include a standard map, give specific instructions.

I had some issues with my previous order. The person who solved the problem (phone calls, emails) was dismissed by the company so, no-one knew about the solution. I t took literally one hour to get to the end (not to solve the problem). Thank’s god I arrived earlier to the airport and it was not a hassle to catch my plane…Btw my membership card or number is useless…

Home Delivery. Love it, not having to carry the bottles around, especially if one is travelling for work for 10 days away. Also love the ability to purchase in Frankfurt when one lands. But I guess that is a FRA specific.

I only mention the negative things; my order wasn’t found…I was pushed to be part of the loyalty program. After cca 10 min it turned out that I already am….one of the ladies said: “give him a gift”. The other one answered “he bought drinks”….all of those show no professionalism… other than those the ladies were kind and polite
