Before my flight to Lisbon, I reserved some Clinique skincare products online and picked them up at the Heinemann Shop at Düsseldorf Airport. The entire process was uncomplicated and reliable. The products were ready as ordered, and the pickup was quick and smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the shopping experience before departure very relaxing. I am happy to use the service again and can absolutely recommend it to travelers.

Picked up pre-order promptly and also had nice advice on perfume and hand cream beforehand. The gentleman at the checkout and the consultant at the Frankfurt Heinemann shop were very competent, quick, attentive, helpful, and friendly. I am totally thrilled with a service like this. You have to find something like this in today's time..... There were also goodies at the checkout as the Heinemann shop moves to the new Terminal 3. What more could you want. Clear recommendation!!! 5 stars!!! I will gladly come again and would like to thank you once again. Purchase on 02/05/26 around 1 PM.

I placed my order online in advance and was able to pick it up directly at the airport. Everything was already prepared and carefully packed, so the pickup took only a few moments. It couldn't be faster and more uncomplicated. I will definitely use this service again.

Pre-ordered goods should be there at departure. But they weren't. We had pre-ordered a bottle of champagne for our departure from Hanover for pickup at the Heinemann Shop. I am a Heinemann & me member. We had our wedding anniversary during our vacation and knew that we would hardly get champagne in Marrakech – especially since it was still Ramadan – and wanted to prepare. Unfortunately, the champagne was NOT ready or was at the wrong terminal (I had provided the correct flight number, etc.) – the champagne could no longer be obtained – I waited and waited and almost missed the flight. Of course, we were disappointed and annoyed. I informed Heinemann about this and they apologized and asked for my address – they wanted to apologize with a small gift. And today I received a package with precisely that pre-ordered type of champagne – a bottle – as a gift with a very nice apology card and belated wedding anniversary wishes! I was absolutely delighted! This shows class and customer service – one can forgive a mistake! Thank you!

It was a nice experience. At the outset, the option of Click and Collect helped me to save time and avoid anxiety. When I reached the shop to collect my purchase, it was ready and the transaction was completed in couple of minutes.

The lady after check-in immediately knew what was needed and fetched the desired item in presentable packaging, so it could be given directly as a gift.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Heinemann Duty Free with home delivery. I was never disappointed, but as of 11/17, the option is no longer available, which I deeply regret. Unfortunately, my last order from 11/16 has not yet arrived, which is not Heinemann's fault—it's been sitting at DHL for days, ready for further shipping. Annoying. Now my preference for Heinemann continues, and I will be shopping again soon, but at the airport. Thank you and see you soon:))

In shop service is really always great. I would strongly recommend your confirmation state WHICH shop and near which gate or specific location has my order. The FRA map is rather useless, if actually confusing.

Staff are really friendly, I forgot to add some stuff to my order and the staff helped me get them quickly

The order process was ok. I did not appreciate that it said one could order up to 12 hours before but then when ordering it did not apply to the Vienna airport and this information was quite well hidden. Thankfully I flew again soon after.

I need a bottle of Fernet Branca for every trip abroad except Italy. Since the shelf is occasionally empty, I pre-order a bottle just to be safe. So far, it has always worked out to pick up the ordered bottle during these incidents.

The pre-order went smoothly. Apparently, few use this service because the staff at the airport in Vienna found the pre-ordered goods, but I had to switch the payment counter three times because no one knew how to process it correctly. What a pity.

My order was already waiting for me. Unfortunately, the packing took a bit of time.
