good customer service. Good quality products. will definatly purchase from you again. I can trust in your products if my life depended on it.
What you can do better is have more shipping options. UPS is the worst shipping company and causes problems with delivery very often. Would be very nice to have options to choose from. like, DHL, and others.

The Gear is Top of the Line
Yes you pay a bit more, but this Brand is the definition of Pay once, Cry once.
My Spitfire has been through some hefty stuff and hasn't let me down a single time.
Now I have upgraded to the QD and the quality has even improved.
That's probably the cordura I'll wear with my last breath.

Great belt system
Got the whole configuration of Mosquito sleeve with warhawk modular belt, with panels and pouches. Fully loaded it, carries the weight without slipping and distributes it well across the hips, and it doesn't move around.
Really good system.

Really good plate carrier and great cummerbound
The plate carrier is really confi, i'm a little worried about the friction inside the plate holder because the material is very thin and elastic. The elastic cummerbound is not really usefull but it fit well. The rapid access cummerbound is great, i really like it. Very confi and easy to mod. I hope for a XS version.

Good price and quality, need improvement in the modularity.
The deployment bag need a moving comfort pad for the shoulder strap, and the bag bend too much when you use the shoulder straps, I found out that if you put the shoulder strap under the two locking strap, the bad tend to be more flat.
The back panel is ok, i hope it would be more rigid, but it still a good product

Zaino ottimo, peccato che non era disponibile in colorazione nera. Lo zaino mi accompagnerà in ogni uscita fuori porta, dal turismo urbano alle avventure in mezzo alla natura.

The only negative part was UPS delivery service. Have used direct action gear for quite a few years whitout any major issues.
