Excellent quality of the trousers. However, the color is hard to judge on the webpages, which is annoying when ordering online. Moreover, if you asked for the trousers to be hemmed, you can't return them if the color doesn't match what you expected. The price you pay when ordering online is the same as when buying in a shop. While the seller has a bigger margin when you order online, you would expect to be able to return the trousers unless the hemming deviates severely from a normal leg length.

Besides the experience of actually wearing the trousers I bought (it’s not quite the right time for that yet!), my first shopping experience with Mason’s was almost perfect! The trousers are amazing: the fabrics, the colour, the finishing touches with those small but attractive details, and the cut. The packaging was also a lovely surprise — simple and elegant, just as luxury packaging should be. The only thing I noticed was a slight difference in sizing. I bought both pairs in a size 38. One fits perfectly, exactly as expected, while the other pair is noticeably bigger (I’ll need to have it altered). Maybe this is simply due to the different models? The pair that fits perfectly is the Chile City, while the larger one is the New York Carrot. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Mason’s. It was a great first experience, and I’m already looking forward to wearing the trousers!

The tailoring and customer service are outstanding. The representatives answered all my questions via their chat feature and were prompt, courteous and detailed. The guided me on doing accurate measurements that resulted in perfectly shortened pants. They also helped me identify other pens I was interested in. The materials are fantastic.

For one shipping was very quick and two I informed by both Mason’s and DHL every step of the way. My clothes were neatly wrapped in tissue paper and made me feel like I was purchasing directly from a brick and mortar store.

I misunderstood the sizing (US v Italian) and only found out when delivered. Your Customer Assistant expedited the exchange in a very friendly manner. Thank you and best of luck in the continued success with the sale of your excellent products!
