Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see that your experience has resulted in a 2-star rating. We completely understand your frustration. You waited around two weeks before placing your order because the product was shown as being back in stock within 14 days. After placing the order, however, the same information was still displayed a week later. We understand how disappointing and confusing this must be. Unfortunately, the current delivery situation with Yamaha is particularly difficult. The 14-day availability shown on our website is based on the manufacturer’s delivery information and estimates. We have no influence over Yamaha’s actual delivery schedule or delays, and unfortunately we cannot speed up the delivery ourselves. We sincerely regret that this situation has led to such a negative experience. We are doing our best to keep the availability information as accurate and up to date as possible and will of course provide the order as soon as the goods arrive. best regards Stefan from MSV Musik Center Team

Thank you very much for your review and for sharing your honest feedback. You placed an order with us on the evening of December 17th for a guitar, including a bag and a strap. We sincerely apologize that you have not yet received a detailed update regarding the status of your order. Due to the Christmas holidays and the New Year period, delays in both shipping and communication can unfortunately occur. We fully understand your concern, especially as this was not a small purchase, and we agree that clear communication is important. Please be assured that we are doing our best to process all orders as quickly as possible. Your order is currently being prepared and is expected to be shipped next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding — we hope to fully satisfy you once your order arrives. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time. Kind regards, Stefan vom MSV Team
