Gyors szállítás, bár a magyar posta az egyik csomagot úgy szállította ki, hogy állítólag nem voltam otthon az adott időben, és nem is hagyott értesítést a postaládában, rögtön a területileg illetékes postára vitték átvételre, pedig a hivatkozott időben végig otthon voltam, nem csöngetett a futár, és nem is kaptam meg sms-ben a futár elérhetőségét. Prices are bit high, but probably that is because of the large geographical coverage. I had to spend 50 % of the new price of my oven on two 'thermometers', which are so small, that they arrived in letter. The part arrived earlier than the due date. 1-5 days was in the first email and it arrived in 3 days from another country. Very well organized!
The only thing that was surprising is that you can't chose a specific courier during the order.
In case of Hungary there is one that I wanted to avoid under any circumstance, and it seemed to be sheer luck which courier gets chosen for the delivery. Luckily it wasn't the one I wanted to avoid.

The ordering procedure was easy, the delivery was fast.
I have problem with the article itself I ordered. It is a simple "fém zsírszűrő páraelszívóhoz" https://share.google/dKj1Fjp1WJTllkuuX, but the little opening-closing handles were fixed on the WRONG side of the item. When placing into the cooker hood, it just fell. When turning it the other way around, it fit absolutely perfectly - but in this case you cannot take it out any more! It took 1/2 hour with all little and dangerous trick to take it out. It is absolutely useless in this form, so it make no sense to send back. It is frustrating - you have it, but cannot use it. I tried one filter in the right way, the other "upside down", but the latter simple fell on the glass oven. So what comes next? However, I have no idea how can I avoid similar situations, as "on paper" everything is perfect, the measures are correct. just the "button" was fixed inside the "coat", so you cannot "do it up"

Whirlpool gyártmányú AWT 7105 típusú 856171010050 szervízkódú mosógéphez kerestem alkatrészt (mosódob tengelycsonkot). Ilyen szervízkód nem szerepel a nyilvántartásukban. Ezért arra kértem az ügyfélszolgálatot, ajánljon olyan alkatrészt, amely mosógépembe beépíthető, mert AWT 7105 típusú, de más szervízkóddal ellátott gép szerepel a nyilvántartásukban. Válaszul az ügyfélszolgálat egy csapágyház linkjét küldte el. Válaszoltam, hogy nem csapágyházat keresek, hanem tengelycsonkot és fényképet is küldtem a törtöö alkatrészről. Erre azt írták, hogy nem tudnak vele szolgálni. Ezért rendeltem egy AWT 7105/xx számú mosógéphez való tengelycsonkot, bízva abban, hogy az meg fog felelni. Tökéletesen passzolt az alkatrész a gépembe és most már működik. Az ügyfélszolgálat továbbra is magyaráz, hogy az nem megfelelő alkatrész. Az ügyfélszolgálat munkatársai minimális szakmai hozzáértéssel sem rendelkeznek.

The Seller promptly sent the item with DHL international, however since that no single notification regarding the parcel has ever arrived to me. After 12 days I started to investigate the case and luckily found ma parcel resting at the local post office (in Hungary). They informed me that parcels from abroad are not delivered by the Hungarian post to the addressees but stay at the posi office and apologised for not informing me about the parcel (nobody knows the reasons)... I think the Seller should reconsider the choice of the courier service. Otherwise the service was OK.

Az alkatrész teljesen megfelelő, a fixpart jó munkát végzett, a DHL gyorsan elhozta egészen a városunkig. Onnan az MPL (posta) egy vicc amit csinált. 6 napon át nem hozta ki a csomagot. Telefont nem vették fel, személyesen a központból nem lehet felvenni a csomagot, tehát amikor majd ráérnek kihozzák. Javaslom, hogy Magyarországi csomagküldőnek NE az MPL-t bízzák meg, hanem valaki mást.
