I bought two original attachments for my Kenwood food processor at Fix Part, at a reasonable and reasonable price. One of them had a minor manufacturing defect in the material during production. After my inquiry to customer service, they emailed me the next day and said they had contacted the manufacturer. A few days later, they said they would send me a new product without having to return the one with the factory defect. Very professional and very easy to resolve. My high recommendation.

The items are protected very good, the confirmation if the items are for the exact model is ok, but there can be deviations, i have one extra piece in my lover dishwasher drawer that I don't have in the original. It touches the deeper plates but it doesn't force them out of their place so it's ok. Still I would have liked if it was exactly the same. The other set marked for my machine doesn't have pictures so i was not sure if I should other them.

Excellent product and fast delivery! Everything was perfect! The touch-sensitive membrane keypad for my washing machine was an original part, fit perfectly, and works flawlessly. Product was very good on quality and it fits just as it needs, but also I want to say that I had situation with delivery company which didnt delivery product for 2 weeks even it was on their spot which I saw on tracking, and they send it back, fixpart customer service was very helpful and send it again with other company, first one with problem was GLS, and second one which made it in just 2 days was DPD, so i give 5 stars to product and 10 stars to customer service, thanks you tram ❤️

Excellent service and accurate product information. The filters arrived as expected, fit perfectly, and work great. Highly recommended.

The only issue is that A very professional website, an easy purchasing process, and a well-stocked selection. The delivery was fastyour staff are not sufficiently familiar with the products. When I first inquired about the item I was looking for, the person I spoke with told me it was unavailable, even though it was actually in stock in your online shop. I ordered it online and received it quickly. I recommend providing your staff with more product training so they can give customers accurate information.

Great selection of parts, fast delivery. I found parts for old appliances that I brought back to working correctly without throwing them away. Prices for some very small parts are a bit on the high side, but I understand that keeping such a large varied stock does not come cheaply too. Maybe throwing together a useful bundle, or adding a service manual (digital copy) over a certain sum in the basket could sweeten the deal.

My only complaint concerns the delivery itself, though the fault lies with Croatian Post; a polite representative called to inform me that their mail carrier was ill and that I could pick up the package in person at the main office if I wished. As I have a 90% disability and limited mobility, this was not easy for me, but I urgently needed to collect the package.

Malo sam bio sumnjičav jer ne postoji plaćanje pouzećem.Drugo morao sam kupiti cijeli uređaj iako bi mi odgovatalo bez posude i baterije što bi mi smanjilo davanja za 160 e. Treće,Jako sam sam zadovoljan brzinom dostave 3dana ,za svaku pohvalu.
