After more than 10 years of service, a plastic part that's used for connecting the upper spraying arm on my Bosch dishwasher literally fell apart. I was worried that the repair might be costly and even impossible because of the age of my appliance, but on FixPart it was really easy to find the right part. I just entered my dishwasher model number and it showed me all the parts for it. The delivery was really fast as well. Although I ordered over the weekend the part was delivered to me (from Germany to Croatia) by Wednesday. Really fast and efficient!

I am very satisfied with the ordering process and fast delivery. But the item I have ordered (pump for dishwasher) came damaged. The package was somehow thorn on one side and the pump drop out of the box inside and had two broken pieces on the mounting of the pump which I took from old one so I managed to fix the dishwasher. I forget to take some pictures. I know it is not your fault (it is UPS fault). Other than that everything was fine.

Ko nova ali još bolja
Odlično je obnoviti ili popraviti uređaj koji treba malo ljubavi da bi bio ko nov.. i sada je još i bolji nego prije. Stara dama sa novim frizurom. Ovaj popravak je bio poprilično skup ali nerado bacam što se popraviti može.

Također tek kada sam ih ponovo kontaktirala i upitala jesu li dobili pošiljku i kada mogu očekivati povrat novca reagirali su i uplatiti mi iznos. Mislim da proizvodi nisu realno prikazani, niti njihova cijena, niti vrijeme dostave. Cijena se stalno mijenja, kako ulazite na njihove stranice i gledate taj proizvod što mi se ne čini ozbiljno. Inače proizvod sam uredno uspjela vratiti i dobiti povrat novaca pa tu nema zamjerke.

I ordered a heater for a six year old wash machine which is still in good condition. I didn’t want to order from local stores because of the possible long wait and they had the exact same one in stock. The only thing you have to count on is slow Croatian Post (it took 3-4 business days to deliver within the country). But if that doesn’t bother you (this applies to croatian customers) they are still a perfect choice. The item arrived well protected in very good condition, as good as new should be.
