One bottle was missing entirely and one bottle had a damaged label on it. I emailed them the very same day to claim the missing bottle. No response for days. I repeatedly tried calling their customer service but no one picked up. When they finally replied, they said that they do not normally ship a single bottle and instead they offered me credit towards my next purchase. Which however meant that to get the bottle I wanted (and which I ordered and paid for), I would have to pay shipping. Naturally, this was unacceptable for me. After a lot of time and energy spent trying to convince them to send me the missing bottle, I finally received it (more than one week later).
